We recently switched over from Telstra to Summit Internet for our office telephone system. Gary from summit provided me a comparison bill analysis, which indicated our telstra bill would reduce from $600 per month to $219 per month. A couple of months in and we are being charged about $450 per month for the same service. On top of that, they have charged about a $1000 in set up costs. They are very misleading in this respect, and are not transparent in their promoted costs which is unfortunate.

Just got Summit Internet Wireless Broadband solution in our office and had it connected in days instead of the months advised by the competition. Service is fast and we are very happy with it.

Would not at all recommend this company! I have an office of 10 staff and our phones constantly drop out, cut clients off and our buttons dont work properly on the phones we pay for.then summit continuously up our internet usage which i am already paying for through telstra. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND A BAD PRODUCT! Classic example is today our phones will not call out and i contact them and they tell us there is a technical issue! It is not good enough at all!
