Making the decision was not easy to install a pool and have it ready for summer! The team at Summertime pool made it seamless and easy to deal with. I installed an 8 mtr Lorne Sparkling Grey.

Sarah was very patient and never was a pressure sales person.
The timeline was 2 months: Simon and his team: Stu, Ken were amazing to deal with and very patient with all my questions re the installation of the pool. The process went smoothly and on time.

Jake was also a delight at handover with all instructions on how to maintain the pool.
I would definitely recommend Summertime Pools if you are considering getting a pool ; Thank you!

Brooke is an amazing ambassador. From the time we engaged with her Brooke was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Brooke talked us through the process making it was simple to understand. Adam our site manager was amazing during construction, always keeping us inform all the way through the build and was very respectful of property. Nigel did an awesome job with handover, explaining on going maintenance that we need to do.
Overall the experience with these 3 people we would highly recommend Summertime for you pool.

When I first met Brooke I was not a happy pool purchaser having been mislead by Summertime Pools competition I said the want my old pool taken out a new pool put in give me one price include everything and that is exactly what Kim and I got a beautiful fixed price pool.
We met Nigel and Adam and from the onset we were in the hands of professionals, demonstration addition to detail and work I’ve never seen harder workers. Brookes patience with me was a please actually all staff where ready to answer any question and to be honest just really nice genuine people.
Kim and would like praise and thank Summertime Pools and especially Brooke, Nigel and Adam not to forget the other members of the team.

Summertime were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable team. They made the whole experience of our new pool a very positive one. A big thankyou to all the team from Summertime Pools for the recent supply and installation of our 6mt Lozza Pool. The process was very quick and any issues were quickly rectified. We felt we were in great hands throughout the process - from our first contact with Damien at the pool and spa show, to Brooke who was great helping us with tailored options to suit our backyard. A special shout out to Darron also who was awesome with our handover and answered any questions we had about our pool and the filter.

I would not get a pool with this company again. Extremely Quick to put hand out for money then silence. No communication once started. We had to chase them to when it would be finished. There is nobody running this company. Nobody cares! I'm guessing there will be a long winded reply to this trying to smooth things over. Here's an idea, Don't let it get to this stage to begin with.
Pool was handed over with handfuls of aggregate still sitting in the bottom.
Substituted cleaning robot for a cheaper one.
After chasing this company time and time again on the phone, we are now referring the matter to Consumer Affairs and starting legal proceedings.
We have been fair and patient and for this so far, we have a pool that the manual cleaning system will not work at all. Even their "Top" guy couldn't figure it out.

Summertime Pools & Brooke were a great help with our whole Pool building process right from the beginning through to the end!
They were always friendly & quick to respond to any of our questions/queries.
We love our Summertime Pool & can’t wait to make many happy memories with our family & friends!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUMMERTIME POOLS! We want pass on our sincere thanks to Brooke, Simon and all the boys on the ground at Summertime! After a skighr rocky start to our journey we are so very grateful that Summertime have been able to pull off what I thought was impossible and get our pool in for Christmas! Crane and backfill days were crazy busy but what a great bunch of guys who just got the job done. We shouted the boys lunch and had a few laughs with them which was great. Sam then arrived back at 7am on Friday 23rd Dec to get our bondbeam done so that we were able to use our pool - when I am sure he would’ve preferred to start his well deserved Xmas break.
We signed contracts in October and we were swimming in our pool on Xmas Eve
Thank you Brooke, from the bottom of our hearts for making us feel like nothing was too much trouble! You have made a difference to our xmas and in particular I think our 15 year old son might quite possibly love our new pool more than he loves Xmas itself

We are extremely happy with our Summertime Pool. The whole experience was made so much easier due to the great communication between everyone - from our initial conversations and planning with Brooke through to the installation with Jason, Jeanine & the whole team that works with them - thank you!

We opted for a 6m Hydro as we were limited for space. Couldn’t be happier with the install and now eagerly awaiting the warmer weather so we can enjoy!

UPDATE. Have been contacted personally by the owner of the company & had my issues fixed. Very apologetic & the issue was sorted that same week. Great to see the owner taking pride & alleviating the problems. Thanks again. Has restored some faith in the process.

WARNING: DO NOT use this company to install your pool. Delay after delay & excuse after excuse by the salesperson. The construction crew did a fantastic job, but that's where it stops. Haven't fixed a light issue after installation when they had ample opportunity to do so before landscaping started. No call backs after multiple & multiple complaints. They've got our money, so that's where the service (loosely termed) ends. Now I'm told our salesperson is in aftersales service.this should end well. Plenty of pool builders out there folks, do your research. Had to click one star to submit this review, but NO stars from me.

I can not speak highly enough of the entire team at Summertime Pools.
We initially dealt with Kelly who saw our vision and helped us to understand exactly what we would be getting. Sarah then got us through the final design and permit stage (and probably logistics in the background too).
When the big day finally arrived we experienced some issues with sandy soil, but the whole team (Jake, Simon and many others) came up with a solution and worked late on a Friday evening to ensure everything stayed on track. They even left the site cleaner than when they arrived.
A small issue they found later was rectified promptly and without complaint, and come handover day Steven was even OK with me asking way too many questions.
We initially doubted they could get our pool in and handed over in their proposed timeline, but we're in with time to spare.
Highly recommended!

Worst company ever. 7 months and still no working pool no communication for 2 months at a time and only if I follow up and then still never gets resolved.they always say they will get back to you but never do. Still waiting on updates since March.

Very happy with Summertime Pools. Outstanding customer service and support and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I probably wouldn't use Summertime Pools if I had my time over again. Poor communication, buggered up some levels, poor information provided etc. The salesperson was good, with good communication, but once it is handed over from them it is a mess.

EDIT - Skimmer box set way too high, handover was good but just randomly showed up before I was heading to work, poor backfilling etc.
