I have got my henna done by Suman on more than couple of occasions now and every time she makes sure to do complete justice to the time taken for the detailed and intricate henna art work she does. Following after henna care instructions my henna stain turns this dark every time (refer to below picture from my recent wedding anniversary henna by suman), which also explains the good quality organic products used by suman. Suman is an excellent henna artist in Melbourne. Her service charges are fairly justified for the detailed and fine henna she does. I have never had henna so dark before! Follow the after care instructions and you'll be good very intricate and detailed work takes time and if you're after quality, this is it. Price is affordable considering the detailed art and quality henna used. Recommend! Thank you Suman

She overcharged me for a design I'd discussed with her at booking time. She misunderstood my hand gesture of wanting art on my forearm. I sent her pics of what O wanted done. She didn't say if you want to go higher it costs more. İ took cash with me and because of her prive hike it wasn't enough so she shamelessly told me she has pay id just came across extremely greedy and unprofessional. I guess she really needs the money. I'm guessing this is the norm in her culture? Easier to swindle money than communicate.
The henna isn't as dark orange or brown in most parts. You can't wash the area at all til the next day apparently. Even following these instructions the henna is faint inmost areas. Certainly not worth $90ffs! That also took two hours. I've had henna done before so many times it's never taken that long. İ didn't realise how long it had taken until we were leaving. Consider yourself warned ladies.
Disappointed. Won't use again.

Suman is a great henna artist! She uses all natural henna that leaves a nice dark stain. She is able to replicate any designs you show her and has a great variety of her own.

Suman Henna's work is something if you have no clue of designs in your mind, she will bring the best, and you will not be disappointed. Would highly recommend Suman. The henna design that I showed a picture of Suman replicated it even in a more finer and beautiful version. The colour came out be so dark which is quite rare with the natural and organic henna. It was so beautiful and neat. She’s very talented, patient, professional and a beautiful henna artist.
