It's a great team at PJT/SS, they know their stuff and are warm and welcoming when you go into the studio. Along with some entertaining chat, they provide great direction and guidance when choosing suits and shirts. The price, fit and quality of kit as well as the attention to detail with second fittings, alterations and after-sales service is excellent. Highly recommend and will not be going elsewhere.

Wow what an experience when buying a suit. Tom was excellent from the initial consultation all through the fitting process - some may think 3 fittings would be overkill but it honestly did not feel like a chore and I throughly looked forward to each progress update. The suit was impeccable and couldn’t have been more pleased. Really high quality materials used and great value for money. I will certainly be going back to get more suits in the future.

I had a linen jacket and shirt made for a function. I told the tailor I wanted to wear the jacket and shirt together (I even showed him the pants I would wear), and he recommended a blue striped fabric and showed me a small sample/swatch. It was obviously hard for me to envisage how the shirt would look with the jacket based on the swatch, but I put my trust in the tailor. The jacket is well made, and the linen used is clearly high quality. The shirt is also well made, but disappointingly everyone I show (including myself) thinks that it does not match with the jacket so I had to rush out and buy a white shirt to wear with the jacket. That said, I had a clear idea about the linen jacket and P Johnson made a beautiful jacket so I will not hesitate using them again if I have a clear idea of exactly what I want.

I've now bought several suits from Suit Shop. The quality of the product is second to none. The team's service and knowledge is first-class. The guys are friendly, and naturally very trendy, so they're great to bounce ideas off - in particular Andrea who has assisted me on multiple occasions. Looking forward to the next.

Great-value option for made-to-measure suits and semi-formal to casual attire. Working with Andrea in the showroom as made me appreciate the nuances of bespoke tailoring. I would certainly recommend using them for your tailoring needs.

One thing to note is the lead times which can vary by product but typically it’s been about 5-6 weeks from payment.

Excellent quality suit. I bought a suit 3 years ago. I wear it 5 days a week and it is barely showing any signs of age. The fit is great. Andrea is not happy with the fit unless you are - the kind of customer service that is very hard to find nowadays.

I needed a suit as I was about to become Father of the Bride. It had to be a special suit and one that was tailored for such a special event. I bit the bullet in mid December 2019 and walked in to the Suit Shop where I met Dante. I chose an old-fashioned plain junior navy two-piece suit with cloth in fine merino wool in Super 160s. Wanting a traditional suit I also requested a pleat at the top of each leg and, at the risk of embarrassing my family, even went with cuffs on the trousers in line with an old-fashioned and conservative "very special" suit for a "very special" event.

Dante performed precise measurements which probably took about 45 minutes or so and during the 2nd week of January the suit was returned for a 1st fitting. I thought it was perfect and was happy to wear it out of the Suit Shop except that Dante thought otherwise and made some very fine adjustments to what I believed was already an absolutely exquisite suit.

I picked up the suit around 20 January 2020 which was 4 days prior to the wedding. I have never even touched suit cloth as fine as this Super 160s let alone worn a suit so exquisitely tailored with such magnificent material.

My wife and family did not see me in the suit until it was time for the pre-wedding photos. I do not know if the correct word to use is "shocked", "surprised" but they had never seen their husband or father so very well turned out in their lives.

Would I do it again? Absolutely, and I plan to buy a 2nd suit from Dante at P Johnson's before Easter.

Of course, it was expensive but I got no less than what I paid for (including a 2nd pair of trousers). This suit is my pride and joy for the 1st time in my life.

Great service (especially Andrea) every time I go in to get anything made up - my retail therapy. Andrea gets the fit right on the first fitting after we have come to a decision on what to make.

All round very happy with the product - I have been wearing the same suit for 3 + years and still is in great condition! They also have great chinos and other tips!

The team at P Johnson are outstanding! Great service with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to suits. Highly recommend Dante who helped me create my bespoke suit for the wedding day. For someone like myself who knows nothing about suits, it didn’t feel awkward or misleading. They take the time to understand what you want. Very hard to find in a lot places. Worth every buck!
