I have previously ordered from Sugar Rush by Steph & will continue to. Last order was for my sister's baby shower- the white/green romper, baby carriage & rattle cookies. Have always received goods prior to event required for. Looks fantastic & tastes delicious too. Purchased the "Avo cuddle" & super cute sushi cookies for daughter's b'day- she did not want to share them with anyone. They're too cute to eat & you almost feel bad to consume such perfect creations.

Ordered some rainbow and unicorn cookies for my daughter's birthday, they were so delicious. The kids absolutely loved them and they raved about how cute and delicious they were. 10/10 highly recommend. Easy to order, easy to pick up. Amazing service

Ordered some cookies for my hens and the overall experience was great! I customized my cookies and nothing was a problem. Steph was very prompt at replying.
Cookies arrived neatly packaged and on time from all the way interstate.
Steph was the only cookie company who catered to gluten and dairy free dietary requirements.
Would definitely order again!

Placed an order for rush delivery a week ago and it's only just been sent. Really disappointed. The project they were needed for will be delivered by the time they arrive so we've had to pay for this twice and scramble to find a plan C (they were plan B!) so now this is going to have to come out of my pocket. No contact about a delay whatsoever despite the order being clear we were in a rush. Should just be called Sugar because there's no rush about it.

Just wanting to provide some feedback…………. The cookies were wonderful.
I had them made for representation of my late brother-in-law and given out to attendees at the scattering of his ashes.
A lot of the attendees took photos of your box the cookies arrived in, so expect additional customers.

One of the best cookies, worth it! Great cookies and excellent customer care.

I contacted Steph for our son's birthday to provide the tiny tods something yummy for the big day at school and she offered us great ideas and concepts blending our requirements. And when the cookies turned up it looked awesome and tasted equally amazing! Perfect texture, soft and chewy and not too sweet on the icing. Thankfully we ordered a few spares to enjoy with a cuppa!

Even though I was sent replacements for errors on my order, they did not arrive on time for my event. Awful experience having to chase up an order that was done so well in advance however, Steph was able to contact me and offer alternatives for the oversight. Thank you for following this up and doing your best to keep the business on a positive with your clients.

Great communication! Had custom biscuits made for my wedding. Had to do a taste test first…Delicious! Great care was made in the packaging to protect biscuits for delivery. Love the box design! Will order again for a different event in the future.
