Suede Clinic

I always come in to see Hayley and get work done.
She always provides great advice on what she believes best suits your face. She will always be honest but listen to your needs and I always leave so unbelievably happy! I don’t trust many people with my lips but I give her full reign as I trust her with everything!

Imogen was super nice and good at what she does! Really happy with her professional advice and results!

Infection occurred post appointment in the area of where the needle very painfully entered the ski. Was faced with the fear of having to go the hospital and put on IV antibiotics. Also had to forfeit two flights as was told not to fly due to the risk of the infection spreading into my eye. A well known Professor mentioned it was definitely a result of where the needle had entered the skin, the clinic denied this. Have requested a refund for my treatment but denied by the owner.
A very scary situation which I’ve never encountered before!

Second time seeing Ebony now! She is so welcoming and always makes me feel super comfortable, guiding me through each step. Couldn’t recommend seeing her high enough!

I went for JAWLINE and CHIN filler. Nurse Ebony performed the filling. Instead of applying the filler to the entire jawline area, she applied it only towards the front chin. It was weird and I couldn’t say anything because It was my first time and I wanted to trust the nurse. I thought that might be some problems after the filling so I didn’t care about the asymmetry and bump on my jawline, but even thought a month passed, my problems didn’t go away. The procedure made my jaw look ASYMMETRICAL, ROUGH and WAVY, and the filler was moving inside when I touched it. Whole those problems DAMAGED MY PSYCHOLOGY very badly. I immediately request the dissolving process made by Imogen. After dissolving I couldn’t archive the look I wanted and I didn’t want to go the second session because they seemed angry with me in the first dissolving session and I wasn’t comfortable.

Of course before Suede I tried to go other clinics but they didn’t accept the dissolving process because only the clinic that performs the filling can perform the dissolving process.

Unfortunately that was a terrible experience for me and there is a BUMP which is visible on my right chin. I am trying not to care about it.

Please be careful before getting a filler and look at the results on instagram before process. After my bad experience, I examined their instagram pages in more detail, I saw that they only applied jawline fillers to the front of chin, like my procedure, but there is nothing I can do after my bad experience. Anyway, I got my lesson.

Lastly I also think that the nurses are not comforting, sincere and polite. And about their professionality I can say that they performed the procedure without analysing the patient’s face and without guiding the patient with correct comments. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Suede, especially for jawline.

I had Botox and fillers with Nurse Ebony, she’s absolutely amazing. I will visit Suede clinic and lovely Ebony for more Botox and fillers again.

Absolutely obsessed with the outcome of my treatments! Hayley is a true magician, couldn’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely become a regular (unfortunately for my wallet)

If you’re looking for that extra little push then here it is haha. The first thing I thought when leaving my appointment was ‘why didn’t I do this sooner’. Brianna did my nose and it was something that I had continued to put off for nerves, cost etc. But honestly it was so so worth it.
She’s so down to earth, makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, I really couldn’t recommend her higher. I would trust her with anything. Instead of being nervous for these kind of appointments, I honestly can’t wait for them!

Not only is this clinic aesthetically beautiful, but the staff is too! They’re always so warm and welcoming! I always go to Hayley for all my fillers, and she’s so good at what she does! I’ve been to several places, and she does the best work out here in Melbourne! I don’t think I could go to anyone else anymore haha
