Pretty solid Subway. I love how amazingly friendly the staff are and their cooperation and speed is excellont! The place is also spacious and food is. Loved it and you should try it too.

Clean store with quick service. Subs are well filled and staff are all friendly, particularly Heather- she is great at her job. Keep up the good work Subway Warragul!

Order from this location on Menulog/Doordash at your own risk. They will somehow mess the order up every time.

Probably the best subway experience I’ve had Australia wide, maybe just a fluke of good staff and fresh produce on the day but ive never bothered to write a review on anything, Im from WA and been all over with subway as a regular so that’s saying something. Good on ya’s

This place is hit or miss depending who is working.
Some staff will be friendly and go above and beyond to assist but others can be rude, surly and make you feel as though you are inconveniencing them by ordering a meal.
Food portions are also inconsistent.

Horrible customer service, where not very Nice to my family. Not in a rude way but they had no idea what they where doing.

Me and my partner had a great experience at the newly refurbished subway on Thursday 21st April.

Bayleigh the sandwich technician was extremely friendly and attentive to all customers that were passing through, whilst maintaining an excellent productivity rate.
What an exemplary member of staff and subway should be proud to have a young man of his nature representing them.

Foods fine but the service is unbelievably slow. Not sure how you can employ people at a fast food restaurant that don’t even attempt to work faster when there is a line out the door

Absolutely disgusting. The shop is filthy and not maintained. Multiple lights out. Very dirty all around. Couldn't get coffee as no baristas on which is ridiculous. Staff not wearing masks correctly. Will not be back.

Ohhhhhh yes! I would be making a "B" line back there again.the young man who served us was very chippa, understood and enjoyed my pun on the sauces.we both left very satisfied.

This was beyond ridiculous. Called 17 times, no answer. All I got was the phone being disconnected and 10 minutes later when workers probably assumed we would give up they would reconnect the phone, answer then hang up. Not good enough. Was interested in ordering 16 platters. Lost myself and my family’s service.beyond a joke. I have screenshots of all my calls.
If I could leave no stars I would. Would leave a negative star. Beyond a joke. Without customers you don’t have pay-checks. Good luck.

Usually very happy with subway Warragul. The new manager is very efficient but she’s always in that much of a rush she forgets what you asked for, almost never toasts the bread and cheese even though you’ve already told her. She needs to just ask 1 question at a time and do it rather then 3 or 4 and try to remember everything. Because each time she almost always gets it wrong.

It's a shame that this place is so run down. Staff was friendly, but they had no chicken schnitzel and no sun dried tomatoes at 12.40pm! The cushions on the benches need urgent repair and are held together by duct tape, and the toilet needs a deep clean. Also fix the aircon, which is leaking, so that a "slippery when wet" sign had to be put up. Really, this is the best you can do?

Alwayyyys out of cookies, a little stingy with toppings as well, staff are nice and good at what they do seems to be problems from above the front line

Pit stop for a healthy salad meal i could take away. Why does everything have a Subway loaf smell.even the salad?

Great store with really helpful crew, would avoid around 1pm due to the busyness of it but great and quick service otherwise.

Good service, had no chicken fillets but I was happy with substitution. Prices have gone up again

The only person who can actually make a good sub is Lochie, all other employees don't put any effort in. I've been there multiple times however i won't bother now unless i can see he's working.
