24Went to subway today got my daughter a sub was absolutely disgusting with a mouldy bit of tomatoe, girls out back talking instead of doing there jobs! Do better.
I left an important bag in the store, following the distraction of a delicious lunch and wasn't able to attempt to collect it until many hours later.
I arrived and asked if a bag had been found that I had left behind. They certainly did have it and had stored it safely.
I am so appreciative of the care that was taken and am smiling tonight due to their efforts.

Staff is good and nice but store manager's attitude does not fit with the standards customer service.scratchy voice, rolling eyes, chewing teeth. May be working a lot but not a customer's fault.
I often enter this establishment to study the mould biome in the back corner of the store. While the staff have made a couple futile attempts to reduce the spread of this emerging ecosystem it still persists. Truly a work of nature at work.
After admiring the mound in the corner I always treat my self to a pizza melt. Pretty consistent though in one occasion they caked a ridiculously large amount of sauce on there and it was extremely messy to eat.
Pre ordered some food. It was ready on time but noticeable prepared early (toasted was room temperature) somewhat understandable as it was lunchtime and the two staff were busy serving a queue of about eight people. Perhaps a little understaffed but they did a good job keeping the place clean. Not rude but wouldn't call their service friendly.
The spicy tuna sub was sensational, the woman who served me was excellent. She was very polite and very apologetic for having to finish making the lady's sub in the line before me. Although the apology was not necessary at all, still I was very humble and appreciative of the gesture. The sub was made superbly with great dedication for the customers satisfaction. I was extremely satisfied with the woman's service, she was very kind, clean and the preparation was outstanding. She done a tremendous job, the fact that she was also very beautiful was an absolute bonus. I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't request to as what her name was. Because I would definitely recommend her service Android as to the establishment she worked at to everyone & anyone that wished to enquire a great place to get a subway feed from. Was definitely one of if not the best subs plus eating in experience I've had in a long time.the ambiance of the establishment was perfect. I was very relaxed, undisturbed while I fed and would have sat there taking in care free mind healing and the sensational eye catching beauty, that is a heavenly & well needed escape from society that I have been wanting for some time now.will without a doubt revisit this establishment again in the near future. Deserves a 10 star rating in in all areas of satisfaction.
We were just served by such a lovely girl. She was so attentive and polite. Made a great experience.
Only put 1 piece of turkey on my partners wrap and when he politely asked for more another girl pipped up and said another piece would be extra charge. We know that standard definitely comes with more than one piece of meat but we saw no point arguing with two people. Very negative experience over all in terms of both the food we received and the customer service.
Don't even bother coming in 20mins before close they won't serve you. Better update your business hours.
You guys done the worst thing by changing the staff, new staff is good in customer service but HORRIBLE in making food.
I tried at least 10 times since your staff changed and only once had a good sandwich…
The worst rating I will give is to today’s staff.
1) The gal broke and mashed the bread while giving cut in the middle and still continued making it.
2) There was no balance in putting ingredients (spreading equally)
3) Chicken was cold in the middle (which is happening most of the time as they are just stacking chicken in microwave instead of leaving some gap so chicken can equally heat up)
4) In last, was not even interested in cutting the sandwich from the middle an I got my foot long sandwich like 1/4 and 3/4 part.
Please either give them training again or change the staff as it will end up killing traffic as there is NO consistency in sandwich…
I hope someone read this feedback and do something about it.
No covid safe practice. As masks should be worn correctly not hanging below the nose! No point wearing at all if want be covid safe. Let alone serving food Staff are not mature enough. Didnt seem be a manager on sites!
Shout out to the two young ladies who were on this morning around 11-11.30am l called in to collect our 2 platters that we had ordered on Monday to their surprise they knew nothing about it
I showed them the order then straight away they got to work making up the platters
Yes l could of got on here and complained about the platters not being ready
At the end of the day we are all human and mistakes happen look for the positive not the negative

You gave amazing customer service
No matter how early in the morning I go to this Subway outlet, the salad section is never fresh. Almost all the veggies (particularly the lettuce, onion, carrots, spinach and jalapenos) are wilted and browned. I have noticed this far too often to conclude that they use leftover veggies from the previous day.
Very good given there was only one staff member on. As I found out he was dragged in from another outlet.
How can they call it a ham & salad sub Pathetic. Only one (1) slice of ham. & Stuffed full of carrot
Often open when others aren't. The food is great with heaps to choose from. The wait is minimal and the biscuits are hard to resist.
Not a bad Subway, floor is always sticky though. Not a Subway specific problem but worth a mention, this is the worst carpark in Ballarat.
Would have given this a 0 Star if I could.
I was very disappointed to enter the store at 0830pm to be told by a worker chatting with her friends ‘oh sorry, we’re shutting early tonight. We’re shut now’ with all signage on and information stating the store would be open till 0900pm. Her lack of professionalism and customer service was especially jarring as I have only ever had pleasant service there before. If I was her manager; I would be extremely disappointed in her character and would question her work ethic and practices as she clearly had her own agenda of finishing before the store was supposed to shut. 5 minutes before I would understand; however half an hour is beyond extreme and I would be questioning the credibility of her right to be claiming time on the clock.
That franchise has lost a regular customer.
If I could have put a lower score, I would have. The staff there that served us was really rude and making jokes about a disabled person that was eating at the restaurant. Awful experience.
Service from the lady was great but a bit of a shame she was the only one working, no one else around to help during rush with cooking, veg prep, checking meat temps and cleaning. I used to work at a Subway and am quite appalled at the lack of support she seemed to have.
