10We had an absolutely horrendous time at your store. The person serving was straight up acting out, eyes rolling, zero interest in actually doing her job. Here's the kicker - my partner's a little shaky with his English, alright? But your employee just turned the discomfort up to eleven till he couldn't even order his damn salads. What kind of service is this? Customer service? More like customer disservice. Seriously uncool. This needs to be addressed
Staff was not profetional and see this image it’s not even half in regular bowl and I paid 9.20$… I have been many subway first time I see like two bite of food in 9.20$

I don't like to leave bad reviews as I'm in the food industry myself.
But I was served by a lady in a large rain coat puffer jacket, sleeves hanging over into the toppings, coughing. Made my sandwich, served me to pay.
Took her gloves off, wiped her dripping nose with her hands and then proceeded to make the next person's sandwich with a new set of gloves without even washing her hands or properly blowing her nose.
Literally the most foul thing I've seen.
Have some personal hygiene respect and lose the big puffer jacket. I don't think other customers appreciate your clothing in their food.
Went to both this Subway and the one on the other side to see why this one was rated 3 stars compared to that one which was 3.5, Instantly saw why because of the immediately rude staff, go to the inbound Subway if you have a choice because this one is not worth it.
I've been here twice and both times had the pleasure of being served by Helen. She was so lovely and accommodating of my allergies and also just a delight to talk to while making my wrap. She is 10/10 and I hope she's there when I pass through again!
Morning of Saturday 9th Jan, stopped for a bite and was served by a brilliant sandwich artist who cared about my order and created a beautifully constructed gluten free steak and cheese wrap. She had excellent skill and customer service. Thank you.
Got questioned why I wanted gluten free wrap when it is no ones business why I choose that option.

Rude staff and happy to skimp you with everything! Won’t even accomodate my kids who only eat tuna sub no salad and refused to put as a kids value meal. This place does no good for the Subway brand! Never will go here again!
