22 I’m never coming back to this branch. The male server was packing up loads of ingredients onto his friend’s order and when it was our turn, his face expression changed and our portion shrunk. I have never had a bad experience with subway. I’m very angry with this.
You need to be of the same descent if you want a larger serving. Jus look at the reviews & the ones that are happy are of the same descent! I’m very unhappy and I’m escalating this to the Head Quarters!
My brother went to order the 2 subs and came back with not even 1 filled with a fair amount of vegetables we asked for. Asked for lettuce, received barely any and same goes for every other vegetable. I could literally count how many pieces of lettuce there is. He only received one slice of cheese in his sub, how ridiculous. I have had way better experiences with this subway store but this has been my worst.
After had an hectic day at work decided to take my meal from subway in waverley garden shopping centre, got provided an wonderful service by aman, she been an absolutely amazing while serving.
Ordered a cheese garlic toast, as male staff member who first say limited bread and cannot give me what bread I want which is white and many there, and after few times asking, he has given, but then he put garlic sauce to bread and instead of using knife or spoon, he rub sauce in to bread using another piece of bread, which looks to be disgusting. Serving with dirty puff jacket, not what you see on a subway place.very disappointed.
I had a bad day at work, I was in foul mood but the staff at Waverly Garderns-Subway changed my mood pretty quickly. The staff made a little chat with me, took time to make my food and at the end gave me a free cookie to cheer me up. NOT SURE why some people think that this subway store put less salads in the sub, as in my experience, I feel that they are very generous with there portion size. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.
Bad customer service. Very tight on filling. When asked for more filling. The guy replied in rude manner Happy.
When you go to other subways, you get much better service. And they short change you on fillings, and you don't have to ask for more sandwich fillings. Hmmm wonder if wage theft is going on here.

Terrible service by the girl at the counter. Very rude and refused to serve what we wanted, because they were short on bread and cheese apparently but continued to serve other customers. Never faced this kind of behaviour
I come here often for myself and my children, the staff are always so friendly, the food is so fresh and i love the cleanliness of the store. Never had an issue and I'm a regular customer who cones just about every week. Very satisfied with the service

Appalling customer service and neglect for customers. Two staff in attendance and upon waiting to order before the customer in front of us, we were left with the following events.
The customer in front of us new the staff member working and had a conversation for a few minutes before the staff member started to make their order. In this time, the 2nd staff member came out and return to the back to the kitchen.
While my son and I waited patiently, we began to try and obtain the attention of the 2nd staff member. Now 5 minutes had passed and the customer and staff member were still talking and finally asked us if we were waiting to order? YES was my reply and he called out for his 2nd staff member only to discuss instructions on the first order he was making.
When we had this staff members attention, he picked out the bread for us and did not bother to ask.
I recorrected him and asked for the right bread, before he began turning his attention back to the first customer which he was still engage with. We ordered the chicken with cheddar cheese and tomato and he placed it on the subway but asked if we wanted it toasted? We said no, so he continued to pull all of the ingredients off as he required to heat up the chicken. All while speaking to the customer he knew and the 2nd staff member.
Between the first customer and my son and I, we were the only customers there for the 5-10 minutes this went on. Out of frustration, I said 'you know what, no thanks' and walked out fuming with the neglect and behaviour of this person. Never felt so invisible and ignored in a customer service company in all my time. And I am in customer service and hospitality.
This is not the first time he has treated people like this before.
Seriously this is not how I would treat paying customers.
I had a good experience at Waverley garden subway when visited with my friends last week, When we ordered our food she made bread for us very quickly, Their staff was very friendly and service was very quick, Specially I like the good customer skills of Nav.

Slowest service I have ever received. Incredibly under staffed however the girl had absolutely no sense of urgency, scuffing her feet around as she walked. Acted like she didn’t even want to work there, it was actually a bit of a joke how slow she was moving.

Love the cleanliness of the store, love the food as it was VERY FRESH. Cookies were amazing. I spoke to the staff and they advised me that the store is under the NEW MANAGEMENT.

Hi I came to this subway on Tuesday 18/1/22 at around 12: 00pm.and a young man was making my subway.whilst he was making my subway I saw a woman on the floor. I think she mas making breads because she was rubbing them in a mix. It was utterly disgusting. I don't know what sort of people make breads this day and age on the floor. If I could give 0 stars I would, this store should be ashamed of themselves they are ruining the reputation of all subway stores and it is just not hygienic. I was a loyal customer and I am never coming here again. And I will never spend a cent here again to support this slum. DONT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY ON UNHYGIENIC FOOD!

I recently went to subway Waverley gardens to my surprise I was given really good costumer service. The team members are energetic and enthusiastic. I will definitely be coming hear again the food is fresh and delicious.

That phrase felt like “eat nothing at all”.
Had a voucher for a 6 inch sub and free small drink when signing up as a new member. Scanned at cashier and manager tells me it was only for 2 free cookies. Keeps denying that it was for the free sub and drink. Anyways what made me angry was that he placed the meatball Mozza pot incorrectly in the paper bag and not informing me it was hot. Walked only 10 metres and it burnt through the paper bag and spilt into my left lower leg. Plus everywhere onto the food court floor. Bad service and disappointed.
Refusing to accept vouchers from the Subway app. Very dodgy operators. Have reported to head office. Best to steer clear of this one, plenty of other subways around.
Disgusting behaviour displayed by your Staff in Waverley Gardens Subway. Very unprofessional and the kind of employee who never values great customer service. Happened today, I was waiting for more than 15 mins in the queue with my 3 kids. I was expecting that she will take my order after serving the customer before me. However, whoever the girl who was on duty thinks it's a great idea to serve the guy who just arrived. Nobody else's is on the queue but me and unbelievably it seems like she hasn't even noticed me and my kids standing in front of her for more than 15 mins watching her serve other customers. She also didn't bother to ask as what we needed. One of my worsts experience in Subway doesn't even deserve 1 star.
