Ordered chicken strips footlong here on ubereats in the morning. Very generous on filling but not enough chicken.

Staff member was miserable, made poor subway roll with no fillings. Cookies had a half missing piece. Asked her what was going on, she replied with "having a bad day, been to busy with to many customers. Will not be going back ever.

Had visited during a summer afternoon and had a smashed falafel footlong. It was decently prepared. Most of the vegies were fresh except for lettuce. Good service and taste. Although bit reluctant in the filling even after requesting for heavy fill.

The place was very well maintained and clean. Although it was a bit of rush time and many customers were there there weren't long queues. People were attentive efficient.

Customer service was rude and disrespectful. Please learn to respect someone without looking at their age, colour or ethnicity

On my lunch break went to order a sub, walked in and was not greeted at all, the rude lady just said “yes” went out on to make the sub and the lady had no respect giving me an attitude, I will also add the shop was empty giving her no excuse to be rusty/rude with me. When asked about lettuce i recived very minimal toppings, for capsicum and she placed 2 and a half pieces. Will not be returning unfortunately, however I will say I went once before hand and the service was quite good maybe because I had another kind lady serve me

Arr? Working Sunday arvo needs to learn some customer service skills. So extremely rude and unwelcoming. I ordered a sub, the store was empty. Once finished I got a text from a family asking for a wrap, I went back to the counter a minute after paying for my first order and said sorry could I also get another item made? She literally rolled her eyes at me and said nothing. Then her coworker came out and asked what’s wrong she proceed to talk in Indian to her infront of me, at that point I just walked out. Zero stars bruh

I have never seen anyone take their anger out on a sandwich. The whole thing was slapped together. The so called sandwich artist appeared very unhappy to be doing her job.

Just one good looking Subway. Clean with fresh ingredients and a proper Salt and Pepper shaker. Would recommend

Don't waste your time placing an order online to be picked up. This option on Subway's website says that it is available at this location; however, when I went to collect my pre-ordered, pre-paid sandwiches, the manager (who was very rude) first she was looking to my face & checking for record of my order being placed, then said that they were very busy (hmmm!). At the time, younger came after me placing their order. The Manager was more concerned on how she was going to get paid than she was to ensure that a customer was satisfied.
Please don’t go in there.

Honestly, this place is trash lols. I had ubered my food and they decided to get my order wrong. Therefore, I had to drive to the store so that they could make the right order lols. The lettuce was not fresh, it was yellow and out of colour. The bread was burnt. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS STORE LOCATION AGAIN:) If I could give this a 0.5 star that would be fantastic:)

One of the hottest subs I have had temperature wise in a long time. So nice to have a hot sub rather than just luke warm.

The food is 5/5 but some staff lack customer service skills. The other night i went and the lady had me waiting so long and was preparing uber eats order and when she was finished, she abruptly said ‘what do you want? ’. I understand they dont mean to he rude but working on their communication skills shall be great.

Nice and healthy. Falafel subway was nice. Glad the seafood is back:) Kids loved the steak subway.

Ordered footlong subway and the order received was incorrect with wrong bread and wrong meat and no veggies or sauces at all. Called and lady agent I talked to was very rude and was not willing to accept their mistake. Lady advised she did not have any other bread so sent this bread rather than cancelling the order or checking with us. When asked why she said please do not order in morning as we do not have enough breads and.she also said if you have so much problem then open your own shop or just eat this. Lady hung up on me. Totally disappointed with subway now.

I am living near to the shop and normally chooses them through uber after working time. They served really fresh and organised at earlier and all of a sudden the quality of food became less. Plating of food became so drastic since the veggies and sauces used to leak out and the bread does not have any toasted taste.
I wanted the team to really understand their presence with customers and make sure that the quality of food and requirements from customers are meeting.

We bought garlic toasty and bread was stale and dry, look like they are using yesterday’s bread.

Poor hygiene especially in this time of pandemic. Staff act like putting on surgical masks but under their chins. Further more they are gloved but handle cash and at the same time handle the very food we are protecting from germs. I would not recommend anyone individually, uber eats door dash etc. Zero star

This place is grubby. Tables dirty. Floor looks like it needs a good scrub. Tables and chairs stacked up on each other. Us chicken terriaki was cold. Bad. Worst subway I have been to

Single star for serving me absolute bad tasting new lamb sandwich. Bought a foot long took few bites had to throw the rest in the bin where is belonged. Other sandwiches are good but not that one. Was cold and strange color to it. I wish they make it better or simply do way with lamb meat.

Went at lunch time, 20 people waiting, two serving, and they were not in any kind of hurry either. It took 20 minutes to get my lunch
