I am a regular at this store. Came into subway this week ordered a chicken snitzel subway to only be greeted by a girl with attitude. I asked another girl who was so kind and helpful for that snarky girls name as I couldn’t read the name tag. Name is Chelsea. I would think twice about your hiring criteria. She did not look presentable at all. Felt like it was such a big task to make a subway.
She has no customer service skills either it shows.

I arrived at the store last Wednesday at 12pm and waited 10 minutes at the drive thru as I had a sleeping baby in the car and couldn't go in. I then decided to ring to check if drive thru was open only to be met by attitude on the other end. I was told that yes drive thru was open but seeing as there was only one staff member in the store and customers already inside that I wouldn't be served.

That's ok - I took my business and money elsewhere but this is quite frustrating.

I'm not exactly sure on what management is doing here but this is terrible service. If you only have one team member on at lunch rush then perhaps it should be protocol to close drive thru or at least put a sign there to let customers know they won't be served.

Just a thought.

Today (Friday 29th September) I came into subway to order. I was served by a girl named Izzy I believe I seen on the name tag. I was disgusted in the way she spoke to her team worker. They had run out of certain salads, she told her she better move and hurry up and her face expression said it all. Her team worker was embarrassed and I can see why cause she made me feel uncomfortable. No smile, no thank you and when it came to paying, she left me at the register, not even seeing if my card was approved. This wasn’t the first time she was rude, I spoke to another customer who said she was very rude to her team worker as well earlier. Why hire people like this who can’t even put a smile on their face, she looked like she didn’t want to be there. Definitely won’t be back

Worst subway experience ever. The server toasted my lettuce, got my order wrong l. Then charged me $15 dollars when the advertised price was 9.95. I pointed it out and they insisted I pay $15. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Ordered ham and salad footlong online during work break, drove there and back only to realise that somehow they decided to put meatballs and marinara sauce on my sub instead of ham when it clearly says nothing about meatballs, spent whole break waiting to get a refund (offered to remake but I had no time) definitely an absolute waste of a lunch break and couldn’t fathom how silly that mistake was

Disgusting subway. Waited for nearly 20 mins for drive through and then got a napkin that was dirty. Thought I'd give them another chance and the sub was ok but poor staff member was wearing a shirt with holes in it really

Every time i go to pickup menulog delivery even though after 20 min of order they have no idea about order and have to wait. Longer. Please look into it. It happened to me 5 times. Thanks.

Tried the buffalo chicken it was good but a bit to spicy. Also it feels like there is less filling as well, I guess costs saving at these times

My partner and I waited at the drive through speaker, nothing. Waited at the second window like they asked. Also nothing. Went inside and waited at the counter. Ignored. Yikes.

I went in today to get my usual pizza melt. As soon as they took it out of the toaster oven they asked for my salad choice and I said lettuce as usual and after that when I asked for tomato they added tomato sauce, not the actual tomato. I didn’t even get to choose my veggies at all. I had to finish it off at home

We checked the opening hours online AND drove past the store, which had a 'Open' sign blaring through the window.

Myself and others were even able to go inside the store, but no one was there!

If you're not open, fine. Don't display an 'Open' sign and waste everyone's time.

Very disappointed with the inconsistency of prices, my salad bowls are just slapped together with no care. Previous staff were more caring.
Even though I usually buy the same thing and never know how much I'm going to pay for it.
Sometimes they don't have the cutlery or bowls.
You can always go into bigw and buy what you need we are just next door

Horrible subway experience via drive thru. Was so rushed by the kid taking our order, it was a joke. We had more than one sub order so we were asked to come to the window, once getting there we realise there is no menu there to reference for the rest of our order? Such a dumb thing to ask customers to do. Ended up looking on a food delivery app just to see what options for salad there was. Kid taking our order had zero customer service and was annoying to have to deal with. Never again.

Was one of the worst subway places I've ever been too. Behind their counter they had broken doors on their machines. The salad was old and gross, the girls where rude, I was made to rush through my order so I forgot half the ingredients. The sub wasn't even worth feeding to my dog.
I wouldn't recommend anyone going there

Sat in drive through for 20 minutes waiting for the food and the impatient kid taking my order kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak. At the window it seemed like the kid had zero customer service skills and was actually trying to be rude.
