Staff need more education here. Literally still have embarrassment from arguing with the server over the inclusions of a kids mini sub meal that we order almost monthly all over the country. A mini sub, a cookie and a small drink is not rocket science to understand. The server would not let it go after being corrected by another staff member. Totally unprofessional.

ANDDDDD…. The world worst sandwich artist goes to…whoever was working on the 21st, the skimpiest fkn sub I’ve ever laid eyes on and the cxnt cost $22! Completely ridiculous and rude staff

4 staff and only one serving, place was packed and after 10 minutes a young bloke took 2 minutes to put gloves on to serve me, asked for tomato on my chicken sub and he put tomato sauce all over it then tried to scrape it off. It’s the fourth time there and always takes ages to get served. It as tho the staff are trying to move as slow as possible, it’s like they’re lucky to remember to breath, never going back in the place

When I went there, they had most staff away on the day and weren't offering all options e.g. Bread type etc.however the person who was serving did her best. So overall a decent experience picking up nicely made subs.

Very bad customer service. Very slow and lazy staff members. Poor food handling. Young family staff member may b 11 or 12 years old boy as well. Definitely not recommend to others have food from them. U may also get bad customer service. Thanks

Visited today 21 Aug, 2022 on our way back from Mt Buller.
The staff member who served us did great. Though only 2 staff members (young guy, and a elderly lady) were present at dinner hour, they did a pretty good job communicating with customers & serve them.

Closed and locked the doors by 6: 30 on a monday night even though they close at 9: 30. Slackers!

Great service and food, staff a little slow but store recently open so still learning. Good variety. Hope locals give it a go.

There were 4 staff in the store and only 1 was serving. One was eating out the front (if on a break, fair enough) another was filling sauce bottles and another was doing something in a cupboard.

It was dinner time and they only had 2 types of bread and there was a long queue. People actually left. I felt sorry for the young man making the sandwiches as he was obviously new and trying his best. No shade on him, only the other 3.

This is a new subway. There was one a few years ago in Mansfield. I think the owners should spend more time managing their staff on organisation.
