Was very disappointed from my last experience here. Order was delayed from menu log pickup time (had only just started my order on pickup time) rushed the food preparation, for items that needed to be toasted in sandwich press, only was put in briefly. Cheese wasn't melted and items cold. Footlong had most of the meat on one side, seemed like half of what you would normally get. Just seemed really rushed and careless. What was worse is that the guy who seemed to be teaching new staff was instructing the new guy as if these practices were the acceptable. If it was my business I would want to know what was going on. Don't think I'll be back any time soon will try mid valley next time. Usually don't bother with bad feedback but again I think the owner would want to know what experience the staff were serving up to customers.

Probably the best subway I've had in years. Poor staff member was the only one on, but she remained patient and friendly. Good shop, will come back.

I went to the Morwell Subway last week on 13/6/2023. The store was absolutely unclean and I recieved very poor  customer service. For my footlong sub, I asked for some veg to be added before toasting it. After toasting, I asked for some other veg to be added and the person said to me that it would be extra and that if I asked for it before toasting it, it would have been fine but after toasting it they have to charge me extra. What difference does it make? The sub was open and you still have sauces and other things to add so why charge additional amounts, solely for adding veg twice (and not even the same veg). The whole store was unclean as well. There were stains and marks on the glasses, chairs and tables. The people working there had no cleanliness, and used the same gloves for everything.
I have also looked at other reviews online and can see that most people are not happy. I am unsure as to why you still allow them to run the Subway under these conditions. Looks like no action has been taken against this franchisee

Subway is a restaurant.for that should be there a hand wash place and a toilet inside for customers.

The food tastes sad because they collect the tears of unhappy staff to make the sauces.
They also have an extensive whine list, mostly about other co-workers and just generally about having to work sooo hard.

Little girl with bull ring, 1. Work with your co worker, 2. Being a female customer means you can serve me aswell not just male policeman and tradies. 3. Shoving your co worker is very unprofessional.

I asked the sandwich artist to add mustard, they added honey mustard. When I tried to explain they instead added regular mustard to the sandwich. I asked them politely to remake the sandwich.

They then angrily remade the sandwich. As I was proceeding to exit the store I heard the sandwich artist cuss me out to her co-worker.

I don't understand why someone gets mad at remaking a sub, she goofed up and remade it.

Don't understand why she has to cuss me out and act so angry.

Wouldn't go here again plenty of other food places in the immediate area.

Yay for the (Morwell) Subway being one of the few food businesses open on the Easter public holiday day that I visited. I bought one of their brekky products and enjoyed it. The man serving was nice and talk about a poster boy! Mmmmm!

I have been diagnosed with food poisoning.
Officially filed a complaint with the Victorian Health Department and also filed a complaint with Latrobe council.

The franchise owner was extremely rude.
Offered a refund but set a condition saying I need to get a receipt. Prevented me from getting a receipt. Telling the staff to say they are not allowed to give a receipt even if a legal bank transaction is shown.

Worst subway is Latrobe Valley!

Had my food delivered tonight for myself and my partner.
We were missing a drink, a whole sandwich, ingredients on my partners wrap, the food was cold and we didn't receive the right cookies.
To top it off when we called the store they guy on the phone was rude and refused to help us.

Had an order delivered.
I requested for it toasted. It didn't some toasted.
There was no pesto mayonnaise on it.
There was literally 2 slices of tomato on a foot long that seems a bit poor.
And lastly, I ordered 6 cookies and only received 5, all which were as hard as a rock.

I ordered through MenuLog earlier today, upon tracking my order, my delivery was heading towards Moe, even though I was in the heart of Morwell. After receiving my order that was considerably late, I saw that my sub was served more like a hotdog bun than a sandwich, complimented with a variety of Janky vegetables (more of which ended up on my lap than it did in the sandwich). Too top it off, I ordered a veggie patty as a substitute for meat, which was NON EVIDENT in my sandwich. I enjoy eating at Subway in Traralgon, and rarely ever eat it elsewhere, on this occasion I was let down.

I can never get a gluten free sub here, which is devastating. They do have the wraps, but I find you don't get as much filling in a wrap. Other stores have offered to defrost some GF bread if I call in advance, but the Warragul store has never offered this. Hope they can offer more gluten free variety in the future!

Good healthy alternative to the usual takeaway rubbish from KFC, Red Rooster, McDonald's etc. Fresh ingredients, and if you don't have the dressing very low in the bad stuff. The young blokes serving were friendly and efficient. Definitely will be returning. I brought a footlong, half for lunch, the rest for tea. Very good value at under $11.

I, sam pound, was served by a man named brad putt.he was very good and was really happy when he put his meat in my italian herbs and cheese footlong sub with tasty cheese, toasted, pickles, olives, pineapple and avocado with tatzeeki dressing.no salt and pepper but still tasted very manly. 10/10 will do again.

Toasted to perfection
Just the right amount of salad on the sub

The staff that morning was great he served us with a smile and a great attitude more subways should more like morwell the the street

He was very friendly to us and even said enjoy which we did and we spoke about it for hours and told others to go there as well
