29I order 2 6 inches and a twelve inch it arrived and the first problem was I received 3 6 inches instead, 2nd when I opened them they were cold to the touch and felt kind of hard, then I go and check what inside the sandwiches the tuna one had everything fine but the chicken one had absolutely no sauce on it even tho I asked for 2 different sauces and the 6 inch that was supposed to be the 12 inch legit only had like 5 pieces of salami it was the pizza melt one and it says it comes with the cheese and tomato marinara sauce but when I got to add the sauces that’s not even an option and so I assumed it would come with it and it didn’t very disappointed so I call the store and they where ignoring the calls cause it kept goin to voicemail I am struggling to try to get a refund to but they’re making it harder
Went here for dinner tonight (Sunday 7.30pm) with a friend. Was not looked at or acknowledged for about 20minutes (give or take) while being the only two people in the cue. When we were finally served, we were greeted by a lady (didn’t get her name) who was rude and did not seem interested in working whatsoever. Luckily, Kate took over the order and was a much more pleasant employee and actually made conversation with us. Definitely did not enjoy the first half of our visit. Won’t go back.
I haven't visited subway for some time. I did today and the food is still very nice. It's the atmosphere that gets me, it feels like they just want you out.
Can't really call it good anymore. Just processed foods. Buns that are more sugar then anything. Should be shut down as a health hazard
The regular subway experience. The sandwiches are great, with fresh ingredients, and the staff are very friendly. The online ordering works pretty well, only with a few irregular problems we experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes Subway.
Staff were all friendly and polite.
They actually listened when I ordered and seemed happy to serve.

Absolutely useless, sent the wrong order via MenuLog, arrived 30 minutes late and when I called to voice my complaint store took no accountability and blamed the driver, as if the driver is a rogue agent who helps himself to the orders. Pathetic.
BLT is only bacon according to staff but happy to send link literally showing that it was meant to come with bacon and lettuce
Worst place rude staff members I ordered some sandwiches they forgot to toast when asked to toast it said it’s my fault however the staff member already told me it’s in the toaster
Store is getting dated, service was slow due to external orders. Food is already expensive and they want extra for beetroot, pineapple and other salad staples.
Came in at a busy time, had plenty of staff and even though it appeared they were training someone they knew what they were doing.
Seating area was extremely clean and had a nice aesthetic.
Got chicken terriyaki sub. Server didn't ask me a toast, nor salt&pepper. I asked "isn't it normally ask to customer if want to toast? ", she replied me "I don't toast". Just lack of customer service.
While I don't mind subway sandwiches, the last time I had ordered they forgot to add tuna to the tuna sandwich. Not that great guys but I generally find most times from subway quite nice.
Unfortunately ordered through menulog, waited over 2 hours. Called menulog and the shop itself, neither seemed very interested. Did manage to find out the menulog driver collected the order. But I guess he was hungry himself. Would like to see the restaurant care a bit more about their drivers taking their customers food. But I suppose you can run your business how you want. Mind you this has happened multiple different occasions, but normally we would still receive the food, just 4-5 hours late, But according to head office it's been delivered. ️
I ordered Menulog at 7: 02pm and was told the order would be here at 7: 40. It was 7: 50 and I looked where the driver was and he was at McDonald’s and was told the location was lost
Ran out of bread. But I expect this was due to an unusual influx of people over the long weekend
Extremely poor service young people serving and talking amongst themselves. Rude and very dirty food preparation area
Online ordering a waste of time. They allocate a pick up time but don't actually prepare your food until you arrive.
Just spoke to the manager of this store about an issue. She was quite rude amd abrupt and hung up on me. Would never eat at a store that treats people like that. Very disappointing
Went into subway Morwell first time in this store will be my last, the lettuce was so brown an as for spinach well that looked like it had been in the sun dryed out an curly what a turn off, the person making my roll wasn’t very interested in listening to what I said about the freshness of the salad an replying to me that’s how it comes when we order it they say always fresh yeah right don’t bother with this store.
