Thr girl was doing herself alone, i guess she is indian, she has 4,5 customers at the same time but she was smiling, made my sub so perfect, definateley gonna try again.

Very happy with the cleanliness and service at subway southbound.
Food was delicious and well made. Store was very tidy and the staff were nice.

15 % surcharge on purchase bloc holiday, 30 minutes to get a sub! One poor teenager working doing her best

This place consistenly delivers poor service.
Always understaffed, always horribly slow. No understanding of the process that you experience at other Subway's. They are all over the place.

Zero enthusiasm from the staff, most obvious from the "store manager". If she hates her work as much as her face shows it, time to find another job.

They really put the sand in sandwich, got something super gritty and crumchy, tasted aight though.

One of the worse subways I've ever been to, I ordered a foot long meatball sub, the meatballs in the footlong was cold even though I got it toasted, half the ingredients were off in the window to choose from, the lettuces was all bruised and brown, the spinach was dark green and look off. The pineapple looked like it been their for days. I would not go here again or ever recommended this subway.

Ok so sit down grab a cuppa, this is a long one.
Stopped to grab a 'quick' bite opted for Subway.
The sandwich 'artist' was dealing with a guy paying by EFTPOS which wasn't working, not his fault but paints the story as to why it took us 10 mins to get served. We were told that EFTPOS was down, that's ok we will pay cash.
My partner asked for bacon on his BMT. After RAW bacon being placed on his sub, my partner asked if that could be cooked before beinhg put in his sandwich he got the reply 'but you wanted you sub fresh not toasted'
After we had to explain to him that he needed to cook the bacon separately and then put it back on the sub we moved on.
I asked for Honey Mustard sauce "sorry were out of stock". This experience just gets better.
Then we go to pay, $21 for two 6 Inch subs by the way!
My partner handed him a $50. After some playing around at the til, he proceeded to go into a cupboard and grab a roll of 50c coins.cool til needs some coins no issue.we then revived $9 in 50c coins!
Sorry I don't have anything bigger!
You cannot script it!
Needless to say we will not be back to this USELESS establishment.

This store used to be good, favourite employee was Arta, good bloke who made me a sandwich every wednesday night. Just went back here yesterday and didnt get the same vibe

Lovely service. They went above and beyond with directions etc.

Just received our order of 1 Roast Beef footlong and 2 chicken schnitzels footlong and they arrived without the meat only the salad items. Please tell me how this could happen? Not very impressed.

Closes at 8pm on Thursday nights. At the counter at 7: 58 pm and told that they are closed! It wasn't 8: 03 or 8: 05 it was 7: 57!

Do Subway even read or reply to reviews?

No hygiene. She touched various items including something on the floor then didn't even change the gloves, then started washing gloves with water then coming back and splashing the dirty water into the vegetables and onto my sub. Rubbing all the dirty juices onto my subway sandwich. Please learn simple hygiene, I didn't eat the food and threw it out. It was disgusting. Wasted my money. Would you eat the food after somebody rubbed their hands onto their dirty clothes and into your sandwich? Then splashing dirty water on it.
