Girl was polite I asked for a different container as the one that was to be
used was dirty, The working bench was an absolute disgrace food all over. It looked as it hadn’t been wiped all morning. The bottom of the salad containers had to be white before Putting them on our lap, the lids were dirty as they had been placed on the bench, that they were working on & as I said before the benches were a disgrace. Where are the health inspectors? This business was not busy.

I went here once, I ended up developing salmonella the next day, I was in pain and in a horrible condition for the next week and a half, it was one of the worst things I've ever experienced.

10/10 would do again

Worst Subway Ive got food from. After dropping half the filling I ordered, in the container beside it, I had to ask for more than two pieces of tomato and cucumber on a sub Im being charged $10 for. On paying was informed that I have to request more than they put on. So I basically have to ask not to be ripped off. Manager and staffs attitude sucks. Bloody disgace. In future I will be going to a local cafe where you actually walk out with a decent amount of topping on a salad roll.

They don't have milk to make coffee in the morning and have to wait milk delivery after 12pm.
If you want to have coffee better go Mecca's next to them.
Don't try your luck if you looks like Asian lady.
And have to wait for que up even you don't see line.

Had the steak and cheese melt.
Will not have that again.
Food in tge Bay looked stale and not fresh.
Will not be goibg back the second time.

I thought a footlong schnitzel cost around $15 or 16 but they ducking took $22 off me for that and i didn't get any drinks

Staff very unfriendly, no greeting on entering, just a look of very slow, very unengaging and put mayo on my pizza sub when i asked for Marinara.
Staff need training on customer service and making customers feel welcome and not like walking in there is a bother.

Waited 20 mins with 3 people in front of me, there was 2 girls on, one was doing well, the other, with dyed blond hair and multiple piercings in her nose, was terribly rude to a lady in front of me, she snapped at her several times and kept rolling her eyes and carrying on, then the next people in line were her friens and she stood chatting with them and took forever, people behind me walked out. Still she stood chatting and jumped her spot to jump on the register and give them a discount, before finaly serving me with a "what do you want" no smile, no eye contact, slapped what i asked for together and moved on to mumble "what do you want" to the next person. I have worked in hospitality for many years and this girls attitude was disgraceful. The way she spoke to people was unacceptable and the time it took, because she clearly could not be bothered was equally as bad!

Service was slow, stock was non existent and tables were dirty.
I think your staff need to be trained on how to make a sandwich, how to speak to customers and how to order stock. I mean only having white and Italian bread is one thing, but then not having tomato, olives, cucumber, medium cups, large or small lids, no straws, no cookies. I would hate to ask what else they were short of. I had to ask for the toliet to be cleaned and when asking for the toliet paper to be restocked we were told there wasn't any, I guess they had more surprises to share. I'd hate to think where the staff go if they need to go to the toliet.
The young girl with peroxided hair and face piercings needs to go, she was the worst of them.

The customer service was horrible, they were taking a long time to make our food because they were only talking and laughing to each other. The food was ok but the chicken was undercooked and cold.

Have to praise one of your workers in Cobram Subway. Claudia was the only person there from 2: 30 till 4: 00. It was quite busy. She has excellent customer service and I was served very quickly and efficiently. Whatever you do, don't loose this one. Others there are hopeless. She's a perfect example of a fantastic employee. Keep up the great work Claudia.

Very disappointed with the service today, not only the staff need more training but they should not be rude to customers. I purchased my family’s meal and I missed out on my desired meal as the boy couldn’t make it and his other staff member didn’t have time. I had to buy my meal elsewhere. Very sloppy packaging that looked like it was thrown in the bag. Fell to bits when you opened it up. I have been several times before and never had this bad service. After all that I was also ripped off. I won’t be going back in a hurry.

I saw some kid with maccas and a adorable helmet and scooter was riding and the bag ripped and no one helped him. I witnessed a man die inside today while I was eating my subway I tried to help but he ran in tears

I purchased a footlong sub for dinner, a lovely turkey and salad with marinara sauce, it tasted great

Pizza sub is alright, unfortunately it isn't my sub, I feel sorry for the bloke who got my spicy sub and wasn't expecting it
