Great customer service and quality fresh food, always go here for dinner every time in shepp.

As far as subways go, this may be the worst. Rude staff, poor food, communication is awful.

I got a sub made up, when I got home I had a few bites and realised the chicken was off ROTTEN absolutely disgusting something needs to be done about this!

They need to add more salad and cheese into the subways i’m paying $10 for basically nothing, also don’t talk on the phone when costumers are waiting!

Female, Indian staff member on Friday night was very rude and I was embarrassed with the way she spoke to me. I ordered a mozza pot and asked for ranch dressing and was told no it’s a standard recipe, I said I was happy to pay extra and the looks I got
From her we’re not nice and she went on to say we can not charge you for it and it’s not standard. I have never had this problem at another subway and certainly won’t be going back to Shepparton North store. Then to add insult when I got home there was barely any marinara sauce, cheese was extremely light on and so was the ranch dressing that she begrudgingly gave me. She was being very stingy with everyone’s fillings as other people were asking her to put more on as well. I’ll head back to the main Shepparton store where it isn’t a problem to have some ranch dressing

Staff were rude, glaring and rolling eyes when asked for a little more sauce. Very stingy on the ingredients and the wrap I ordered was open at both ends and contents strewn about.

Unfortunately we had a lady who didn’t know how to make subs. Worst part she was training someone. Worst sub I’ve ever had

Was given someone else's roll, had ham in it and was disgusted, just given a replacement without any care or thought.furthermore their expired sauces are not thrown out. Would avoid. Cbd subway is best.

Wont be back here again.
Staff member had very little english, didnt know what wholemeal was,
Asked for pineapple and she nodded and said no.
I said pineapple then she looked confused. I said you normally have pineapple.
I asked another staff member she said out of stock.
Asked for sauce and didnt get any.
My husband asked for spinach and got lettuce.
Worst experience.

Went there on the weekend and it was like going to a fly farm. The amount of flies in the shop was terrible. I could only imagine whats going on in the areas you dont see.

Not impressed. This is the only Subway that has ever dished out 7 meatballs instead of 8 on a foot long sub. Staff talking to each other in foreign language most unhelpful. Trying to explain what we wanted was really difficult. When we asked for extra olives the girl went overboard, then complained to us about not being able to close the sub. Really frustrating experience.

They are getting better but would be good if they actually had all things available that you can order off the one menu

Staff are very rude talk in Indian between themselves, put barely any lettuce / cabbage on asked for more and was told they will put less of another ingredient then charged me an extra dollar surcharge.will never go to subway north Shepparton ever again!

Hardly any tuna on the roll had to tell them to put more on, same with the salad in the end I gave up worst subway store ever, would not recommend this place to anybody. I have had lots of subways and it is always great but not this store.

Enjoyed my classic footlong with some choc chip cookies. The staff at the store are extremely helpful. Strongly recommend visiting this store. Terrific service.

We've visited this store twice and overall, it's a clean business.
I wish they had images, along with the name of the bread choices to make it easier for Customers to pick. Tonight my partner asked for a foot long Turkey and he was given Beef. Staff need to listen in order to deliver great customer service.

Haha no I actually went next door to mustafas kebabs but the pavement out the front looked nice!
Was a hot day though
I went with my 2 friends to the kebab store but I didn't buy a kebab because I am not eating meat right now except for chicken. And there was food at home

Good customer service, Good quality food and generous portions
Ample parking and very tidy restaurant
