Subway

First time customer today. Tuesday 02 January 12 noon. Was served by a female and her attitude and customer service was appalling. Rudest person I have ever come across in a subway store state wide. Only reason for two stars is the male employee who completed the transaction at the till was great.

The staff are extremely slow and don’t follow simple instructions given…” toasted “ half of the time is just warm bread and to top it off, every time coming to this place the line just plies on making it a 30minute wait half the time. Click & collect is just the cherry to the cake when you might as well join the queue!

It’s really great place to fill your hungry belly because Bread, salad and meat was fresh there. It was really busy that time but staff were very calm didn’t stress at all and they served with lovely smile and quickly, they listen to customers very carefully for customise their sub, really good n friendly staff. It’s neat and hygienic as well.

The presentation of the food at Subway was really excellent and it looked very eye-catching. The food was also fresh and delicious, and the staff was helpful and friendly.a good selection of healthful cuisine in the town.

Two vegan options which are not that flash. There are so many vegan meats and cheeses on the market now, lift your game Subway.

Hit and miss based on employees.but the short girl with big glasses seriously needs a raise/promotion.ive been eating subway for many years and this sub was the best ive had in my life, perfect ratios, perfectly cut and closed bread, no rips, not a single topping fell out, and she made it extremely quickly.manager material.

Ordered today and the (I'm guessing) manager was extremely rude to the other staff, didn't ask if I wanted sauce, threw around my sub which made the bread rip, told staff to hurry up (she was dealing with a massive order), I felt awkward and it wasn't even happening to me.
Also one staff not wearing a mask and the other 2 (including manager) were wearing it on their chin, both mouth and nose uncovered.
Food was fine but she needs to treat her staff with some respect.

BEWARE!
Was getting my subs made when I notice the lady wave her hands. I look closer and there are blowflies flying around and landing on the all the food, INCLUDING MINE. I told her to stop as I was not accepting it and why, she looked at me puzzled and had no idea. As I was walking out I notice another worker come out not looking happy and waving her arms about so I went back and explained what had happened, she looked me up and down as though I was robbing them and just said "whatever"
REALLY? These people are permitted to serve food to the public?
They had no shame and showed no regard for the health of their customers.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUTED.

It's always been good quality of food here. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is usually pretty clean. Amazing customer service. Would recommend it to everyone. A very good experience overall.

I have been to subway kilmore before and found it fine a little tight with fillings but fine. Today I didn't even order. While waiting to be served I witnessed some very hygienic, sloppy and rude service to the customers before me. The lettuce was brown when asked for new lettuce the staff member said our lettuce is green and refused to get fresh lettuce. They run out of mayo in the bottle so poured it out of a plastics bag flooding the roll and it's fillings. When It was closed mayo poured out of it every where. It went all over the staff members hand so she wiped it on the outside of the the roll then wrapped it up. We walked out. I wont be returning either.

Loved my panini. Shop needs a clean especially the toilets. I only went to wash my hands but the restrooms were filthy

Mostly good but has a really bad employee Dee do not be served by them they mess every thing up and over charge you.

The food from subway was pretty good.the presentation was really very good.looked very eye catching.food was fresh nd yummy.and the staff are friendly and capable. Good healthy choice for food in the town.

Buy food at Subway Kilmore on a regular basis but never seem have 9 grain bread sold out early afternoon & paying by Eftpos is difficult as there machine often not online. Extra 60 cents for pineapple & or beetroot is also an absolute ripoff otherwise nice food. Staff need to listen more carefully to what customer orders - meatballs is not ham & ham is not chicken.

The staff was very kind and food was superb. They were really very fast in service. Good access and parking. Everything I want from a Subway.
