Subway

In my experience, not a good subway. Chicken teriyaki tasted completely different and a bit strange and the biscuit wasn't the real deal either. Fast-paced but stressed service that doesn't understand when you just want a little bit of hot sauce. Wouldn't go again.

Ordered Uber from here, 10 minutes my driver contacted me to tell me they they were refusing to make my food and they wouldn’t tell him why?

Had a great experience last night. The girl that was there at night (I think her name Is Rabia) was so helpful and nice! It Is great when a place like this have people like her, the way she managed the scad people Is commendable. Had a great meal and a wonderful treatment.

Came here to grab a good weekend dinner. I was impressed with Rabia's excellent customer service. She was patient and very helpful. Will come back.

Never order online from this place. They always get the order wrong. I ordered a veggie Pattie sub that came without the pattie and instead of coke, they sent me water. This has happened more than once

We ordered a meatball sub and teriyaki sub. The meatballs were cold. Who has a cold meatball sub. The teriyaki was dried out slop. Would not recommend.

When the right people are on it's alright. But when the wrong people are on, like today, you can save a lot of time and money going elsewhere. I feel like subway isn't really worth it as a sandwich place but with the lack of options for submarine sandwiches here in Melbourne they have their place.

Rue is an absolute rockstar, they had nearly closed for the night but she was willing to make 2 sandwiches for a couple of lost souls (us) had great service and personality, and I loved her green and gold eye shadow! Thanks Rue you legend!

The girl with the glasses I think her name is mel acts like the ingredients is coming out of her pay heck. The sandwich is literally all bread and lacking toppings and she turning around bossing staff around over using small wrapping paper to wrap the big sandwhiches

Just ordered two BLT’s delivered with Uber eats. Opened them up at home and all that was on them was two tiny bits of bacon? Nothing else?

The guy making my sandwich was absolutely lovely and made my experience getting a sandwich actually enjoyable, A+ work

At Southbank store, charged 40% more i.e $6.95 for the same 6 inch vegetable roll as I buy at Box Hill Central for $5. When queried, male manager said offhand, 'That's the way it is'. Last visit for me.

This place is more expensive than other subways, trying to overcharge and pretend that they do not understand you when you asking them about specials. Horrible experience, I will never visit it again!

As a delivery driver this is one of the worst experiences I had ever got.today I met two guys one of them said he is the manager and after waiting long time to get my order I added long wait as a dislike for the place.the manager asked me rudely to start the delivery and when I approached to do it he said am not going to give you the delivery after I already accept it.very bad experience and very rude manager will never deal with those guys again!

Excellent service and excellent stuff, especially today's night shift.
