Subway

Been trying to get in contact with them for well over half an hour and they have not picked up door dash doesn't have every option like tasty cheese chicken fillet now it's too later for me to change it cuz they haven't answered

Stale bread, no polite greeting, barely any fillings, felt like I was annoying the team member when I asked for a little more fillings to cover the actual sub. No cookies available. Then asked to do a random survey on a cookie wrapper and to write down my email. This used to be good, now its horrid.

Ordered chicken bacon ranch melt wrap with salad through the app.
Received wholemeal sub with bacon and salad. No comment was made when picking up that they were out of what was ordered would we like a substitute… pretty poor effort on their part

Bought a gluten free catering box for a party which was $85 and I received half an empty box with only 8 small wraps inside! Very disappointing for how much I paid

Whole sandwich tasted odd from the meatballs to the salads this subway in the past had such good fresh produce now your lucky to even take a couple bites without a sour taste

Having been a subway customer for a long time.
This would be the worst experience ever.
Certainly won’t be returning
Rude staff throwing the bread and wraps around we ordered not nice at all

The food was not fresh and the woman who severed me was very impolite and seemed bothered to serve me. I paid almost ten dollars for a wrap which mainly had lettuce and other vegetables. Was not worth the food or the poor service. I’m not one to leave poor reviews.

Quite possibly the worst Subway I've had. It isn't unreasonable to expect them to know how to make a sandwich or wrap but the sandwich looks like it's been in the bin, the sauces went to the bottom and the salad in it was just chucked in there. 3rd strike, you're out

Can be a bit stingy
Always ask for the proper amount
Also not as fresh as they advertise

Disappointed with the service.
The staff isn't well trained and lack of products knowledge.
I have an online order and I went to the store to pick it up, the lady who came out from the storeroom said oh, I will prepare your subway now. The main purpose of ordering online is to make it convenient for the customer and I don't want to spend unnecessary time waiting in the queue. They obviously don't bother and make you wait.
Veggies Delite with Avo, but there is no Avocado in my subway. When I asked them, they referred back to the order sheet, they have no idea why I asked for avocado.
Poor service. Last they added the leftover avocado from the salad counter that does not even meet two teaspoon sizes of an avocado. Also, the staff had no intention to refill the avocado.
The Subway feedback seems useless to me. No one takes action since I provided the feedback.

Went to Bacchus marsh subway 12.30 today. Understaffed for lunchtime. Staff rude. Do not listen. Had to repeat myself several times. And still they get it wrong and had to correct them. We like subways in Ballarat. But Bacchus marsh subway would have to be the worst ever. People avoid this store to avoid dissatisfaction giving one star is generous

This shop is very bad with no planning, at 2pm only the choice of one bread, no cookies and they where short staffed for the lunch time rush.
Do yourself a favour and DONT BUY from this subway go and get fish and chips or Macca

Not all the staff servers the same way. If you are lucky you will get good subway if you are not you will be served with worst food. If you are hungry don’t visit the place. Very disappointed
