Under new management by indians and they are terrible.fired all the staff and changed everything, I do not recommend coming here ever again.

I went here this morning at about 11.35, had munched into the first bite of my sub, to be welcomed by a FROZEN metball! Utterly disappointed, with these new workers.

The workers there at Subway are very neat & clean, organized, attentive, friendly. They made my sandwich with care and had very much integrity. I will definitely be coming back to the store again. Moreover upon entering into the store, I was greeted in with a friendly smile, which made me feel very comfortable.

It’s embarrassing how the owners and new workers have to come on here and put fake 5 star reviews to try and fix the bad reputation they made for themselves.firing all the old staff who did there jobs, and did it well was a selfish- unfair move. And not being bothered to tell them yourself shows the kind of character you are, you can’t even face the problem you created.

I'm from another suburb, and had one of the best subways in Diamond Creek so far.

The staff at Diamond Creek Subway were pleasant but issues with supplies is still impacting and that means not all menu items are available.

Order at least once a month either in store or via Uber eats. Uber orders always come with things missing. Rang to ask what’s going on and they say “oh sorry, but if you make another order and pay the delivery again we can send the item you wanted for free. No manager on duty just a bunch of teenagers with the attitude oh it’s only a couple of bucks the customer won’t mind if they’re missing a side or a cookie.

When ordering in store it’s the slowest service out of any subway I’ve been to. Just the closest store to home.

Standing in line here at 12: 45 on a week day, you see customers struggling with staff with no clue, no communication skills, or completely apathetic.

The 10 times I have been here in 2 years I've had issues with sauce put in wrong bottles, having to explain what goes in my sub, subs that fall apart, staff who don't seem to want to be there, or argue with the other staff about mistakes whilst forgetting they are in the middle of serving their customer.

My first sub here was perfect, which is why I came back, I don't know how you went down hill so bad.

The managers confidence in staff is too high, more training is needed.

My order was taken by a very handsome young gentleman by the name of Dane. Dane went out of his way to provide top notch quality service. My foot long had the best mayo I have ever tasted and when I asked for the ingredients, he simply said, it's a special secret. Dane reminded me of my uncle, turning me on with every touch.

I recently visited this establishment on Monday to eat a 12 incher. I was served by Dane, he made my 12 incher very girthy and meaty. Dane needs a raise for his insanely good sub!

Ordered through Uber eats, apparently it was too hard for the staff to read the order correctly though, now left with 6 cookies delivered that we don’t like.

I was served by the sexy stunning Dane who delivered me a delicous fresh foot long chode which filled my belly up past content and after i got content with the manager behind the counter.

Dane served me today, I ordered my standard sub and he handled the customer service process excellently, felt very strongly like my desired sub was brought to me with care and consideration. Thanks Dane ️

I recently visited this store on Thursday the 31st for a quick meal and was served by a young blond headed kid (whom I believe his name may have been Harry?), he fashioned a tasteful meal that was perfectly made and a well balanced footlong. A polite and friendly young man, truly deserving of the title "Subway Sandwich Artist".

Walked in at 8: 50pm on 26/1/22 (Public Holiday) to a cold "he'll be with you shortly" by the rude young female employee who was cleaning the dining area. We lined up to order dinner but she persisted to sweep dust and dirt directly at us. A younger me would have grabbed the broom off her and made a scene but I took a deep breath and walked right out. Will never return. It's a shame we have such disrespectful kids running restaurants these days. Avoid this establishment at all costs, you deserve better.

This subway is always running out of Italian herb and cheese on meal times, I don’t understand how it only happens at this store. Sooo many young kids running the show also. Plus I’m sick of asking for mayo and someone is putting another sauce in that mayo bottle. Worst experience at this shop. Eltham is much more on the ball!

But did not heat up patty
Surface was unclean and messy
Food doesn't look fresh
Lady on counter over charged me than price on menu
Upon asking what's reason for overcharge she explained they had old prices on menu

Went in today, fair enough they where busy, still dont need to be served frozen chicken. Will not be going back.

No meatballs at dinner time ever, been there multiple times to grab a foot long meatball sub and always the same excuse we only have 1 or 2 meatballs or none at all. Honestly fuming and it’s not that hard to have meatballs around dinner time.

Worst subway have had In melb needs to improve. Ends of bread were stale and shouldn't have been served and inexperienced staff.
