Subway

Best subway we've all had. So fresh and perfectly made each time. It's the only reason why we keep going back. The subway app is a great addition to a great service. A shout out to 'Dimple' for making 2 footlongs and a salad perfectly for us. Store has always been clean and hygienicm. Being gluten-free myself I haven't had subway for a long time and I've only just realised now that they do salads and it did not disappoint.

Not a bad one, very clean store and plenty of seating puts this subway above most others.
There's also seating out side the shop front.

Food, deals & price all remain the same though.

Highly Unprofessional Franchise Owners - the girl who was making the sub burnt the bread, and cheese was dissolved/absorbed into the bread. I told the lady (the owner's sister) who was at the cash counter, and her response - my staff is only 15 years old, you can't give her that feedback. She started arguing and said I am jealous of their business that's why I am complaining. I don't even know these guys, it was my first time in that store. Her brother heard our conservation and joined, he said if I am not happy, I can have a refund, lady interfered and said no refund, get out of the store - EXTREMELY RUDE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - I will never go back to this store or recommend to any of my friends.

The customer service very rude staff. They were not at all helping the customers with product and getting annoyed while serving which makes us completely uncomfortable and disgusting and they were not adding the items we need and not even confirming, is that the one we needed?

Foods fresh and looked after. But my god I think I've tried about 8 different ways to explain what toppings I want and it's always wrong. Rows. Collums and individual ingredients. Still end up with something going on I don't want.

Active listening staff would be awesome.

Best Subway store, was served by a lovely young man! Made me a fantastic sub and was wonderful to chat with.

First time here, very impress with amount of generous toppings they gave, their subs looks almost exactly as the one on the poster. Will definitely came back.

Walked in order a BLT, ended up only 2 pieces of bacon with salad. So disappointed. Tried to call the shop, no answer. The worst sandwich ever.

Horrible employees, I walked in not wearing a mask because I have severe asthma and I have an exemption for it, I was immediately asked to leave so I showed the older woman my exemption and she accused me of faking my illness and talked down to me in the rudest way imaginable, I highly recommend avoiding this subway unless you like being discriminated against

Skip this one. I ordered a 6 inch which wasn't 6 inch more like 5.5 meatball. The filling were so meager, I should of walked out and saved my money.

A lot better than other subways we've been getting Uber eats from. They make our salads with love every time. Cheese melted onto the chicken and sauce put on nicely and packed nicely into the Uber bag. Other stores seem to be messy and throw the salads into the bag. Thanks. Heaps for the attention to detail guys

Caren's in town today. So, I asked for the cheesy garlic on the teriyaki chicken sub. Pointed to the poster in the store to make sure he knew what I meant, described again what I wanted, then moved aside to allow other customers to order while I waited for tasty garlicness to toast. I'm sitting in my car about to eat my subway only to discover that he's given me cheesy garlic bread and a separate teriyaki chicken without the cheesy garlic together. So close but yet so far. So I go inside to tell him and he replies by saying I didn't use the word ultimate and I paid for it. I did pay for it, my soul is sad. So next time you're in a subway here in Central West, remember to not make the same mistake I did. Use the word ultimate or risk everything. Caren out.

Staff are very causal and I've often noticed flies around the salads. I usually end up driving past and going to another subway outlet further away.

It is a standard Subway, but staff I get seem to act like the ingredients come out of their wages. If I am going to pay for extra meat, I would expect more than just 1 slice of ham, and also basically the tiniest sliver of avocado that there was no point even paying for.

Excellent supper Fast Food, always Fresh salads quality Bread and ham, meat ball, cheese, meat, sause everything in good look after so well, Perfect work team quick and probably to customer and more importantly is very easy to find the car park to have more time for lunch n enjoy Subway food.

Immaculately clean restaurant, nice and warm inside staff super friendly. Cindy made our order and was super helpful, answered all my questions about vegetarian and vegan options, the other lady suggested their new salted caramel cookie and it was delicious. Excellent customer service, they need a pat on the back from their boss. Definitely recommend, and I will be back:)
