Bought a footlong n hardly there so tight in putting topping’s of veggies on your order no way near on the advertisement on tv or posters

THE best Subway experience I have had in a couple of years. Jacob (I think? The area manager) was extremely nice and a great level of chatty, while the veg was all perfectly stocked with nothing missing, which has been rare lately. I even got more than 4 measly pieces of tomato!

Got lunch here during the lunch rush. Staff were still polite and talkative despite this.

The manager was also making sandwiches and was still up for a bit of a chat which was nice to see!

Best souvlaki they are tasty and beautiful, I traveled Melbourne to find a great souvlaki and I finally found it so no need to continue my search but to come here often and enjoy the best souvlakia In Melbourne

Ordered on the app 30 mins before pick up, walk in just to be told they had no bread. Didn't contact me to let me know so I didn't have to waste a trip.

Each time writing here for subway someone rings and over-ride my phone.
Subway is a safe food of the fast food shops.
But hi risk food like pork and seafood should be in their own area with a lid.for safer cancer prevention.plus cheese s are a catalic or excellent to other foods within the transit time.if in each food based shops if a baby scanner for hi risk of cancer or diabetes or pain that some food can make that pain go greater (like acid reflux foods spice chocolate alcohol tomatoes soler types)

I drop in every two weeks. Great customer service. Always fresh (can't believe I said that) the whole place has been freshly renovated. Looks great. Nice and clean.

Great food, nice staff and i aways get a free cookie because i go to subway on Fridays to buy my lunch.very fancy inside, the drink machine is perfic, and this subway has the perfic smell. 6897693769376348673793 stars out of 5

Honestly probably won’t go back to the Castlemaine store. Ordered a footlong, 3 cookies and a large drink. Salad was very average. I wanted seafood but it looked that dry it had been sitting there for days that it wasn’t appealing. Same with the tuna which had dried up dark brown all through it. Even the salami was the same looked very dried up. Meant to be a fresh “salad bar” and none of it looked fresh what so ever.
Cookies are over cooked and very dark brown not the standard subway soft cookie.
What really got me was when I ordered the large drink, filled it up and then asked for a straw as I wasn’t given one and the guy proceeded to tell me “oh we don’t have any”. Sorry but why would you tell somebody a drink they need a straw with if you don’t have any? If I had been told they had no straws when I asked for it I wouldn’t have gotten it I would have gotten a bottle drink. Didn’t even do anything about it and I had to leave with a drink that had no straw with a large cup and go to a different store to ask for a straw.

It's great you get to create your subs the way you like + they have drinks and cookies to buy as well

I have been served, possibly the smallest 6 inch Subway sandwich in the world. Most of my visits to this place were wonderful, food was delicious and filling, but not today. Perhaps senior staff members should consider supervising and training newbies to the job. I would avoid the short young man with black hair in particular for my future visits.

I grabbed a quick sub for lunch today and felt the need to come on here and say how LOVELY the staff were! There were three people on duty and they were all super friendly and welcoming:) The sandwich was delicious, too!

Just ate at subway 8/3/21 at 1pm. Lunch time rush meant long lines. However the team was very quick and efficient so dispite the long line it was a short wait time. We were served by an enthusiastic and friendly young man who made us feel welcome. The team work, efficiency and the quality of the service and food was also very good.

That big tub of lard in black who manages made this. Shocking sandwich and he we was the rudest most condescending tool I’ve ever met. He also look over the shoulder of the staff and they have to show him the change before they give it to the customer.

Stopped here on New Years morn for a Cappuccino and a Ham, Cheese and Tomato. Great service but terrible food. Coffee with a vague hint of coffee but mostly milk and a HCT that was chewy. Over processed meat anyone? I threw most of it away.

I went there thinking I was getting a footlong but it came to me on a plate and I realized it was a restaurant not a club for adults very disappointed need to change the name of your food options because I came there for a night out!
