Don't go to this subway overpriced compared to the other subways, the food here is not fresh, ordered two footlong meat was salami, the salami was so hard and rough could not eat it, please don't come over, waste of money be ashamed of yourself worth zero stars

Subway Boronia is simply the best Subway I have had in years. I can't fault the service you receive here. It makes a huge difference when the staff know the simple task of cutting the bread without tearing it, how to correctly lay your fillings without being too stingy or overfilling on other things like sauce, salt or pepper.
The end result is being able to sit down to a delicious lunch & enjoy exactly what you paid for. Nothing more, nothing less.

I've eaten subway around 5 times a week for 12 years from many different stores, and this one is consistently the best. In both what you are served. And how you are served. Also not the most expensive prices. I actually drive past my local Subway to go there.it is worth it.

The staff were great, we had the seafood sensation subs and seafood sensation salad, at least we could taste the seafood sensation not like Ferntree Gully basically waved it over the top. Boronia was Fantastic the service and attitude. Keep up the great work.

These guys are my regular uber eats choice. Good quality subs each time rather than getting flat and soggy subs like I've had at other places.

Better than your average Subway. Great subs as all Subways have, but this place has bench seats with a fantastic view of the Dandenongs. Also has shaded seating outside. Heaps of parking. Clean and well lit public toilets are nearby, on the way to Woolies. Public phone nearby has free wifi for Telstra customers.

The solitary staff member they had on was nice and worked quickly. But one staff member for a weekday lunch time isn’t good enough. Waited nearly 10 minutes for service.

The store itself is the standard dank, outdated late 90’s look.

Man there was a couple frogs behind the counter and I was a bit infuriated because a frog killed my dad in cold blood but its cool because they did a sweet tap dance routine

Subway, nothing special about it.
Staff members were friendly and helpful. If given the opportunity, I would probably go back.

Standard Subway experience.
It's exactly what you expect. Not good, not bad.
It's a nice change of pace from the usual kinds of fast food you might be eating.

As a courier driver, road timing is everything. The faster we get the delivery done the better. I arrived at Subway promptly and ended up waited for half an hour for the order. It was only until a staff member approached me, asked me for my order number and then started making it- are you kidding me?
I felt terrible for the customer and I felt like I completely wasted my time. We get like $7 per delivery, and for me to have waited for half an hour, then drive to and from takes like 50mins. How incompetent of them, why aren't you working better!
I could have been delivering other food to other people. As a franchise, I thought you would have better systems put in place. Next time don't except orders if you cannot deliver.

Trying to rip me off every time go there. This was last straw.trying to overcharge by 5 dollars. Plus portions are definitely on 3rd world country state in comparison to other subways. Will never go to boronia subway again. Definitely lost my business.

I was just in Boronia Subaway and there was a delivery driver waiting with no mask. He sneezed everywhere and was biting his nails. He then handled customer food with drink bottles that were not in bag.disgusting. No staff members noticed. Put complaint into Subway. Tried to contact UBER which is not easy.

Pretty average for a Subway store unforunately. Freshness was average. The sub was average. The customer service was average.

Im very picky when it comes to food, but gotta say they nailed it. I myself was surprised that i had nothing to complain about haha.

Went to this place today as i felt like some subway but I must say I left very very disappointed! Worst subway in Melbourne. I would rather drive to Vermont from now on. Customer Service was terrible as well the guy at the counter said in an angry tone ''What do you want? '' no smiling or 'enjoy your meal'. And the manager there was very creepy.he is bald looking with a french cut he just sat in the restaurant and he just stares at you. NOT COMING AGAIN!

It's subway, you can't really go wrong, no matter where you go all outlets seem to reflect the same consistent quality. Food/salad was very fresh, new Falafel option is decent (although I have had better), friendly staff.

Foods alright, What you'd expect. Customer service is pretty awful, not enthusiastic in the slightest, no smiling or 'enjoy your meal'. And the manager? Is very creepy.he sits in the restaurant and stairs at you and is rude to his staff
