Olives in my sub even asked to take them out and she ignored me and once asked again she left them in and told me to get some respect

Ordered 6inch meatball. The meatball sauce had barely any flavour and they were not heated through properly so bordering on cold. The roll wasn't toasted so it was extremely soggy.
It was honestly barely eadable.

Went in just before 7 and the guy said that he was closing. They close at 8! Very poor service

The new owners really seem to care about the business. The quality & efficiency seems to have gotten better since my last time dining here.

More expensive than other shops, closes the doors before closing time right in your face. Staff and management don't seem to have a sense of good hospitality, rather just another business

I ordered delivery from these guys today and just feel like they are just having a laugh. Order arrived burnt to a crisp and could have broken a brick with the thing! It was so stale it’s like they got the bread from the 70’s. They also missed half the toppings I requested and was stone cold. Just abhorrent lack of professionalism or care for a paying customer.

Can't multitask and is slow as all can get out hire new people or tell them to be better because it's a joke

Very stingy with salad fillings. Asked for more salad because of how little she put on and she added hardly anything.then charged me 15 dollars. Felt completely ripped off. Worst subway to go to.

Ran out of tuna and guy wasted lazy to get more so charged me full price for a half filled sub, don't waste your money here.

The lady I was served by today was extremely rude to all 3 customers including myself, made it seem like purchasing lunch from the store was a hassle to her. I believe her name is Duli. After todays experience I will be going to parkdale subway and I’m sure if many others get this treatment they will too.

Went there to get a footl long young lady working there was taking people’s money whith gloves on and then making people’s food in a time of Covid this is not good enough had to ask her to change her gloves the other young lady there was doing everything right

Paid $20 for a tuna footling. The bread was burnt on the sides and I asked for extra tuna because you couldn’t even see the tuna when she put it on the bread. She put everything minimal. Onions, olives, tomatoes everything was like sprinkled. I asked for extra onion and still as you can see in the photos, you can’t even tell it’s extra anything. Probably the worst Subway I had and actually felt horrible paying $20 for that.

Unprofessional and untrained staff, i ordered multigrain bread but gave me wrong bread and overcharged. Thanks and would not comeback to the store.

Taking his time, I wait too long for simple things to be done when ordering. Go to the Subway in Moorabbin, that's the best one.

Wish I could give lower than 1 star. Every time I’ve ordered (I’ve now finally learnt my lesson) it is the wrong order and stale bread. Every single time! I gave them another chance and then a second but this third time I’ve still been given stale bread and ingredients that aren’t fresh, plus, a wrong order, yet again.
