Very happy!

I come here 3 times a week and the food is always fresh and the customer service is great! I came in Saturday night and had a big order and the workers Jasmine and Mik was very professional and efficent and did not complain even though they had other customers too. She recommended tasty sauces and cookies were fresh. I was very happy with my experience.

I recommend trying the teriyaki chicken roll or the chicken snitzel if you haven't already, quite delicious!
They have a few vegetarian options too.

Second time this has happened. Ordered online, no communication towards where my order was nor what was going on. Tried calling the store and they refused picking up the phone. I waited 2 hours for my order. They had the audacity to still give me my order after it had been sitting there for over 2 hours. Unreal! Don’t order from this place. Scumbags!

If you’re in the hospitality industry, you need to make the food with love otherwise don’t be in it simple. I ordered my food at 8 o’clock at night. It wasn’t in peak times and I only ordered chipotle quesadilla’s (super stingy on toppings, they were just really hard and terrible) I have re-ordered from a different store because I was just hungry now I’m hangry

I stopped here on the way to work. Never had an issue. Staff at this store are always friendly.

Better than the most in the west

They keep rotating staff but I find friendly faces most of the time

Their veggies are fresh, and they are generous
I wish the sanctuary lakes one was as good

I get Italian herbs and cheese, foot long meatball sub with cheddar cheese, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, pineapple, sweet chilli sauce, salt, pepper and a sprite. The sprite is always very crispy which I appreciate. What’s your subway order?

Why prices are higher than other stores? Also does not advise reasons for closure! Two incidents

This is the best Subway store in the local area. The staff actually follow order directions and requests through UberEats. Always get what I order and delivered earlier than expected. Fresh and delicious, always happy with their service. The veggie patty is really tasty and absolutely love their cookies?

Usually staff is very polite and happy to serve customers. However Shontae is the rudest sandwich maker there and shouldn’t be working in this industry if she thinks she is above making sandwiches.

Subway is great I love going there as long as they keep their food fresh, not brown lettuce not soggy tomatoes etc, I ask for fresh if the food is like that, and they give me fresh toppings great eattery

Often it turns out to be a 10 inch sub as they skip filling to the ends. Pretty sure is the same few people who do those as sometimes different ones full to the ends. (Often we get uber eats to deliver)

Situated in a very convenient location I used this as a stop over heading to geelong & bonus is lots of parking and a petrol station in the same complex.

Veggies are always fresh & the staff are super nice.

Subway laverton is always my go to subway for my favorite meatball sub! They have trained their team well, very friendly and always polite, also the cleanliness is always top quality! Would recommend any to grab their favorite subs from subway laverton!

A guy named josh had the best costumer service, I got my order quickly and it was made correctly. 100% would come here again.

I was reading online and apparently this subway store is meant to be a "Refreshed" store and honestly, there isn't much of a difference between the other normal stores, the main difference between this store and the others is that this one is just more modern and cleaner. Honestly I would rather other stores because the staff aren't as friendly and don't show much care/love when making the sub; My sub ended up looking very sad.

A young man, Josh, made me the very best Subway roll I've ever had today. This man deserves a raise! Quality stuff. 10/10 would have a JoshWay again

I Went at 10: 30pm, a girl named Casey was working and had already packed everything up. She made it obvious she didn’t want to serve us but did so while sighing unenthusiastically. I am a regular customer and every time I go there, she is rude when she serves.
