1221 dollars for a foot long and a drink? Can buy 4 days worth of food for that much and it made me vomit 8 times
The food was nice but the attitude of one of your staff members was absolutely appalling. This staff member gave me the most dirty look as I was walking to line up to order. This is the last time I’ll be giving my money to this store. I don’t deserve to be looked at like this. Management shouldn’t be hiring rude and mean people like this.
I get cookies all the time, tday I got em from here.normally the biscuits are nice & soft, these were obviously cooked for too long, or they were the day before.not impressed.would like to keep my teeth.
Of course, there was nothing wrong with my food.however I do think staff can improve. Instead of 1 person on order, 1 person on bread and toasting and 1 person finishing off and cookies, it should generally be that when a Staff member takes an order that they should stick with that order. As someone who works at KFC, I might not have an opinion, but the co-ordination I've seen at my visit doesn't tell me that managing is in the right method.
One of the best subway even service very good all staff very polite and friendly nature I definitely recommend this subway.
The lady who served me (Don’t know her name) made my roast beef footlong wrong. Didn’t toast the meet with the cheese and wrapped my footlong horribly. She was rude and walked off before I even payed.
TRAIN YOUR STUFF CORRECTLY OR HIRE STUFF WHO ACTUALLY CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS.
I have never seen such a rude lady…. Doesn’t know how to treat her customers, we pay you… you don’t pay us… absolutely disappointing….
The subs were fantastic. We went with the vegetarian patty and it was juicy and delicious. Nothing to complain about this place. The staff were friendly and polite. We would highly recommend this place.
Train your staff properly how to make and how to behave with customer. My image shows how they making subway tostie.

I was about to get a Subway, and this is the closest outlet to me, but going by the reviews am gonna choose another store, an extra mile or 2 won't hurt, strongly suggest you get your affairs in order!

Asked for chicken teriyaki, she slopped it on my wrap and when I said umm could I have it heated please she was very rude instead of explaining the meats sit in a warmer (which I have never seen at any subways before hence my confusion), my wrap then sat there for a good 5 minutes while waiting for them to put orders through the register, it was absolutely cold by the time I got to eat it although I highly doubt it was even warm sitting in the warmers to start with, also not sure on the chicken, looked nothing like teriyaki when she put it on, nor did it taste normal. Would never return again if I was payed to!
Got sub 10am on Saturday morning from subway high st epping (Not plaza). Yesterday's bread and dried out meatballs.
Worst sub I have ever had. Yuk
