Stingy Owners! They train stuff to barely put veggies in your sandwich. Horrible service just horrible! The owner there is so stingy they barely put something in the sandwich itself like they count how many spinach leaves they put in my footlong I asked for olives and the girl only put a very very light sprinkle! I kept saying could you put more but it’s like she was scared of her boss who was lingering around watching her make the sandwich was so uncomfortable and disgusting at the same time. I asked for the very basic vegetables, which there were no extra charge for. She will still be scared of putting more in my sandwich until I said I’ll pay you more! Very stingy very very disappointing from this shop. I’ve always had subway somewhere else and this is the first time I come across such a thing.

Italian herbs and cheese bread, has barley any herds and cheese on top. Order Italian BMT, instead of 4 pieces of folded ham, they unfold one piece to cover bread and only give you 3. Then give you 5 slices of each pepperoni and salami instead of 6. Then use salads as sparingly as they can, until I ask for more, But still charge full price. Owners look miserable. Pick your game up or clear out so we can have a decent Subway in Greenvale. Stop trying to save by minimising ingredients.

Shoutout to the couple power who run the Subway. They always have the big smile as we enter the store. I have 2 kids who and always have different choice and different tastes depending on the day. But these couple just top the good quality and freshness of Subway. Excellent job!

The food portions at this place are ridiculous, the owner honestly doesnt even know what he is doing, he needs to know how to control his staff better, i bet the ex workers are happy that they left because honestly this place is a disgrace.highly do not recommend this particular subway

Amazing service, great food the staff there are friendly and very welcoming. Super clean, food is super yummy and always fresh. It's sad that people have left such bad feedback. People seriously need to grow up.

Such an amazing subway, the owner is so lovely greeting you in when you come through the door with a smile on his face. Everything is fresh and clean. The reviews on this page should be so much better but it just seems to be jealous EX WORKERS who have been fired. Anyways defiantly recommend this subway.

Shows open on their website but not open untill 11 am even though the board on the door says 11 to 8pm

It’s disappointing that the quality of the food is so different when ordering in store or on Uber eats. Both times I’ve ordered Subway from this store on Uber eats the quality has been terrible. Sloppy and few ingredients

Good customer service but the place is not clean especially door handles, floor even early in the morning.

Worst subway i've ever been to.the girl who served me put barley any salads on the sub and when i ordered chicken teriyaki it was spread like butter onto the bread and i couldn't taste it at all.also found hair in my food.complete waste of $20

I order from this Subway often and have never had any problems like many of these low star reviews. The owners who work the floor are lovely and welcoming. They remember you if you go in a few times which is also nice. My foods always good and all I’ve ever experienced is service with a smile.

The most rudest staffing I have come across and the management is not much better food was no good and no meat balls in a meat ball sub and salad was not fresh looked to be 2 weeks old

Came today to get a Buffalo Chicken Footlong -
Was served by the gentleman who I assume was the owner and the entire experience was great. The service was incredibly personable and made me feel like more than a customer
Roll was super yum as well - this subway has definitely upped their game!

Good tasting subs, not sure why others have had a bad experience - I've been here about 5 times now and my experience has been top notch!

We bought a meatball sub and it only had 1 meatball on the sub. When we raised the complaint to the store manager nothing was done to rectify the issue. Worst subway experience ever! So much for supporting local franchises.never again. I'll be glad to see this store shutdown in the next 6 months

Decent tasting subs, but if the Elderly lady makes it for you, expect World War 1 Rations for the toppings, she's really stingy.
Asking for extra olives gives you 3-5 more olives added to the Sub at best.

The rudest subway staff I have ever come across.so disinterested, look at you like they wish you never walked in.so stingy with their serving, asked for spinach and the girl placed 4 leaves on top, every other subway i’ve been to grabs a bunch and spreads it out evenly.the service is absolutely terrible and i’ll never be back, as can be seen by other reviews, many have had the same experience.staff need much better training.
