Walked into the store they took my partners order and completely ignored me. I wasn’t mad at this factor as the lady doing the orders seemed like she was training the bit I was annoyed at was the green haired chick who seemed to be only doing Uber eats orders and other then that just starring it to space.
Awful service. Went there 10 minutes ago. A young blonde guy took my order. He does not communicate, does not say hi, thanks, bye; none of that. And when you make him a question he looks annoyed by you and answers in a rush (there were not many customers) and with a very low tone of voice. He made me a cold tuna wrap even tho I asked him twice to toast it for me. He put it on the grill for a few seconds (not enough) and then throw it to me over the counter.
An old lady who was with me also ordered a subway. She also got a cold bread thrown over the counter. And when we asked for the receipt we got a bad printed one. You can’t not even see the price there.
Cookies were super soft and tasty. Zarah’s service was so lovely. She was super attentive and sweet and even let us pick particular cookies we requested. Zarah was serving all customers and handling all Uber orders herself. As three hard working people Zarah should be commended for her work and kind, professional attitude.
First time I have ever left a review and felt compelled - worst subway I have ever had! It was cold, despite it being toasted, the bread was over cooked, the salads were 50% completely out of stock and what was there looked revolting. They had a new staff member on who was trying his best with zero direction. If you hire new staff it is your responsibility to train and support them. The poor kid just needed to know someone had his back, not that everyone was rolling their eyes behind his back.
We will be driving 10 minutes to the next store in future. Don't waste your time or money!
Know how to properly wrap a wrap and toast it. I order on app and always get a nice message on bag when I pick up. Staff are friendly and rolls are filled well
Not sure if this is store fault or delivery driver issue, we ordered 2 subs at 1: 45pm (I live a 5 min drive from this subway store), our order has only just arrived, it's 3: 50pm. It's ridiculous that we had to wait this long. The food is usually good from this store, I will not order it to be delivered again, I would rather go in store to order. It shouldn't take so long. Either the store needs to get organized or they need to have words with the services that they use their delivery drivers through. Disappointed
I am not usually one to go out of my way to leave a negative review but felt like I had this time.
I have had the same girl serve me the last two times and she would have to be the rudest person I have ever been served by. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time, maybe she was having a bad day. But today, she was just as rude. 'WHAT YOU WANT? ' aggressively and just plain rude, slapping the bread on the chopping board, no respect for anything or anyone. When asking me 'is there anything else you want? ' when ringing up the till, I had to hold myself back from saying maybe an attitude adjustment. The male server was just as rude to the customers he was serving. The young girl in between them seemed uncomfortable around them, and rightly so as she seemed kind and like she actually wanted to be there.
The vegetables looked gross, especially the pineapple which you have to pay extra for, and no pride was shown. Bread is either burnt or stale, and cookies are overcooked. I'm pretty certain if a mystery shopper came in, they would have failed miserably.
Please teach your team how to offer at least a minimum
basic standard of customer service, or you'll end up having no customers, especially looking at the reviews from others. It's not hard to smile and be kind, especially when you're paid to do so. Do better!
Customer service from the male with long black hair is absolutely unbeatable! You are a legend.
Didn't have many meat options & cookies here hard as rocks. Definitely not returning.
The sub itself was delicious and up to subways standards. It was busy in the store, and the manager was busting his back to provide quality service and pick up the slack from the two young male employees who worked with the pace of a snail that had just finished their 12th bong for the day. I’ve seen more enthusiasm at a funeral than I saw from those two.

Footlong ham, egg and cheese had no eggs so I have to drive there and get replacement.
Footlong Steak melt had 5 small pieces of meat and bun was stale and hard.
Thoroughly disappointed!
I never write reviews but I’m going out of my way for this one. This was the worst experience of “service” and “quality” of food I have ever seen… I should have gone to Seven Eleven paid more for the sandwiches, at least I would have got a “quality” sandwich and “service” from someone who know what they are doing. My Falafel had tuna on it, capsicum had olives in it that I had to ask to take out…

This food was absolutely horrific it left me spray painting my work toilet and scared by the burning sensation my behind felt 110% do not recommend

A very very rude service and behaviour. Ordered a foot long, fully burnt, patty was cold. Not happy at all
Very impressed with customer service at this store. One of the workers in particular, Kelsey provides excellent service and knows the menu extremely well. I have been served by her multiple times, she is very helpful and organised. I definitely prefer to be served by her and can tell a difference when someone else makes my sub.
