Hands down the worst service I’ve ever received the girl slapped my sandwich together with that much attitude she was extremely rude and the place was a mess. They were not busy so I don’t understand how they have the store so untidy they didn’t wipe any of the knifes down that they were using, nor did they wipe the benches down or the top of their ovens! She tried to apply sauce to my sandwich with a knife that was already covered in sauce it honestly made me sick! Health and safety needs to be called on this store as it’s so unhygienic and the staff honestly let this store down so much! I highly recommend not going to this store!

Lovely people and service but bread was old not fresh it smelt like stale bread to making the meal unpleasant to eat the chicken was dry in my snitzel to. Eat Fresh please.

I dont know who to blame, the app shows the wrong address. I ended up 4 kms away in middle of road where there is no subway. Also, put an online order, arrived 5 min later than collection time noboday cared to prepare the order, had to wait in queue as normal. Annoying experience overall. Ownere ease take notes.

Beware of Subway online account. It has big security issues. And on top never buy subway gift and store on your account as I lost $260

Service is very bad of this subway, i have very bad experience from prabh, she gave me cold sub and when i said plz grill this sub she said i can’t.

Did click & collect. The classic chicken. The chicken was dry & powdery. Asked for ranch no sauce at all. Didn't notice till I got back to work. What a waste of money

Make sure you are quick and loud with your order, my husband ordered my chicken teryaki and before he could say anything the girl put sauce on it saying that oh this is what gose on it (which isn't true) as I have ordered this meny times and it has not been automatically done.

Very frustrated and disappointed. Food gone into the bin as I can't eat spicy food

We often stop to treat ourselves and the service never disappoints.

I always order a large warp, grilled, chicken strips, cheddar cheese, avocado, spinach, and pickles. Lots of salt and pepper with a strip of blue cheese dressing…. Once grilled, so extremely tasty.

My partner, typically orders the foot long white bread double steak sub. Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salt and pepper, no dressing, tasty for him. A bit much for me but he has always complimented the sandwich artist.

We also took advantage of the $6 for 6 cookies. Yum! White chocolate, raspberry and then lastly the chocolate chip.

These will be great to nibble on during the week.

The place has recently been renovate, so it does appear that work is still needed to be completed.

The location shared with the petrol station, car wash and McDonald’s, is the best location. But plenty of parking and good offer of seating. There is also bathrooms for customers.

Recommend for the good, professional service from staff and fresh sandwiches on offer from subway, yum.

The quantity they have served me today is the quantity of the regular salad bowl and i am the regular customer here but sorry u loose another customer

Worst subway I've ever had. Will never go back. Got it and chicken fillet was the same colour as the bread there was only mayo on one half.

Oh my god we placed the order on app at 9.30PM and it said it will be ready by 9.55, pm, only when we
went there, they are printing the order, but on the app it showed it’s ready for pick it up.
Not even worth for single star.
Wraps were not wrapped properly,
Will not recommend or go there anymore.

Zero star review - No buffalo chicken or any meat in-fact in my footlong and the operator (at 1.35PM 28th Nov) disconnected the call after being informed nicely.

Never ordering!

They make good subs, always very fresh and flavourful. And then don't skimp on the salads or sauces.very good value at this subway.

Some of these comments are just too funny, stop whining over salad not enough Pleaseee.

Its just a subway what you expect? Customer service? Drive to some 5 star to get it.

I ordered veggie wrap gluten free through subway app. One of the worst experience I ever had. They don't even bother to micro the wrap and not even grilled at all, seems the wrap they used is expired because it was broken into parts when i opened. I would give 00000 Highly not recommended

Had a Sunday afternoon lunch here and loved it. Staff were brilliant, service was quick and accurate. Food was hot and very tasty. We both had the rockling fish and chips and loved it. Pity it is on the far side of town for us.could easily become a regular haunt otherwise.

Hands down the worst subway I've had the misfortune of ordering from across the 10 or so countries I've eaten at.

If you've ordered online, make sure they've given you the correct Sub you've ordered.

If like me, you drive home and bite into your sub to find the "Avo" missing from your "Veggie delite with Avo" footlong you'd ordered, you're out of luck.

They very nice (I wish) lady answering the phone brushed me off acknowledging she forgot to add the Avo yet doing me a favour by talking to me and asked me to drive 20mins back to the restaurant with my once bitten Sub for a replacement or a $2.4 refund only for the Avo they forgot to add.

I let it go as Subway had no means for me to report this experience at this store.

Absolutely Avoid.

Cannot believe how stingy this place is. Unbelievable it’s like we customers are on rations. By far worst. Subway I’ve ever been to. Won’t be coming back here. There’s this guy at the counter it’s like pulling teeth to get more than 4 leaves of spinach on my sandwich.
