Normally love eating subway but when you order and ask for beetroot and they say sorry beetroot is out of supply is a big ridiculous considering they are in the middle of a major shopping complex

One of the worst subway experience. I worked in subway as store manager for more than 8 years.
We ordered 2 foot longs. One chicken fillet and vege patties. My kids want just less salad. On one half of chicken fillet. He spoke very rude. And said that I will charge two 6 inches prices.
In my work history we never charged for separate for different salad instead of two separate meats.
Prices are high compare to others.
Will not have again on that subway.

Rude bloke serving. I tried to use my 2 free cookie voucher, he cuts me off and says ohhh you need to purchase something - the email clearly said 'no purchase necessary' but he kept making excuses. I tried to scan my barcode on the scanner - scanner didn't even look on - just got waved away with a very insincere 'sorry'

The only thing worse than KFC running out of chicken, is subway always running out of bread. Walk in to buy sandwiches for the fam, 3 footlongs, 2 people walking in behind me, no more bread for 30 Min. Only one panicky staff member All that was left was 3 not very fresh seeded brown bread, I took 1 left the others. I can see why folks don't do subway, food safety is a concern there also. Happened last time also

Want to give them negative star. Very bad service and worst taste. Seems like they used out dated food as per taste. Got sick after having their food. Not going there again. Never

Don't go here if you use a mobility aid. I'm in a wheelchair and before I can even open my mouth to order the rude gentleman who took my order looked to my carer to get my order and completely ignored me until I mentioned loudly that it was rude to assume that I have no voice. The gentleman used the glass as an excuse to not hear me and yet stores that have glass at the same height have no issues. When I tried to speak to his co-worker to complain he refused to let me speak to her. He also did not read out the total cost of our meals, and left me to read it off the eftpos machine. Perhaps if he got off his phone and treated people how he wished to be treated, there'd be no complaint.

The Subway here is way stingier than all the other one's I've been to. When I ordered a salad bowl, they didn't even fill the bowl half-way.

Every single other subway store Ive been to, from Glen Waverley, Footscray and Epping fills it to the top. Disappointing and not worth the money.

Where do I even start. First of all the service was slow and rude, the lady putting salads on my sandwich wasn’t even listening and I had to repeat myself multiple times just for her to not put the right thing on my sub. Very sloppy and squished and tiny portions, didn’t have salads readily available and had to wait for them to restock, very disappointed and didn’t get the warm hug that was needed. Also paid $12 for a 6inch.

Staff always make my orders super quickly whether it’s in store or delivery! Im a regular here and the staff never fail to remember my order and send me off with a smile on my face.

$15 for a footlong pizza sub! This is a joke! 2 days earlier 15 minutes away I paid $9 for the same thing. Will never come back here.

My husband bought a footlong with your normal salad instead of meat asked for egg instead then charged extra $3.50 for a egg so for this same footlong sub cost way less at the subways.your one over $16.i tried calling no one ever answers left a couple of messages no call back oh well here is your review

The staff is very rude very rubbish service they removed toastie from menu and charge me for veggie delite sub instead of tostie

Absolute foul customer service.i have never been more disgusted with a group of people before.ordered my lunch at 12: 50pm on tuesday the 13th of december.the poor excuse of a worker was rude and unprofessional.asked if i wanted salt and pepper and before i could say no thank you it was already on my lunch.went to pay and another worker no joke threw our lunch at us over the counter.get your workers in check, this is beyond unacceptable.

Very bad customer service. The girl working put very few amount of salads when I asked for more just put little bit more. Never go there again

Are u taking rest of the salad home? Atleast put the normal stuffing in there.

The Old guy serving was very rude.not impressed at all hurrying people up to choose their order bad form.

Great team work, very well managed and really nice people. My sub was done really quickly even though I made it complicated for them. Good job guys.

Worst service I have ever had at subway. The team member kept giving me dirty looks as I was waiting and could see how busy it was, kept going really slow and giving attitude. Will never go back there. Horrible service!

Rude customer service. Specially the Indian manager, spoke super loud and rude for not understanding what they said. The Indian accent is hard to get sometimes for certain people. Better employ someone who gotten a sense of humor. I would never visit subway at Westfield

The Indian manager is without a doubt one of the rudest people I have ever seen. Last I heard, they’re also in a position of authority at kumon, which one of my kids work at. I’ve heard only negative things from her, but kept my opinion to my self until I saw how she treated the workers with my own eyes when I passed by this subway. Very hateful spiteful person
