26Visited store on wednesday night to buy some cookies. After bagging the cookies, the male staff twisted the bag and literally threw it on the bench. Bad manner
The staff are rude and put the bare minimum on the sub! Then try to upset you with things you don’t ask for.
Very very bad service, I ask lady eggless or not she rude to me.very very very bad service.never gona come back.
Worst ever subway. Girl has dirty knife and she just cuts eggs like keeping in hand with that dirty knife. Also the bread was toooo old and was too dry. And also my salad had way less veggies compared to other subways.and not even fresh. Worst subway! I ALSO BELIEVE THEY HAVE PAID REVIEWS! Just 5 stars without any appreciation
Very disappointed and shocked at the service I received instore yesterday. Well I always receive bad srvice here but it was exceptionally bad yesterday.
The lady serving me was very rude, like she was angry that I was instore. She was not wearing a face mask, clearly sounded sick and kept coughing without covering her mouth with her arm/elbow. She ended up coughing into my sandwich while preparing it.: (
In the day and age of COVID, I believe the least health standard they can maintain is to not let sick employees work Front of House and least of all cough in the open into peoples food.
I ended up throwing my food as soon as i went out because I didnt need the negativity of putting up a figjt with an already angry and upset and not to mention sick employee first thing in the morning before i head into work. An absolute waste of my time and money.
And I do agree with most other reviews in saying their employees need better training and their food quantities are much smaller than any other subway I've been to. Their 6 inch and foot long baugettes definitely arent 6 inches or 12 inches respectively.
And if I fall sick in the next few days, Im making an official complaint to the Food and Safety Department.

One of the newly joined boy he made wrap for me and he made so poor. Did’nt add enough salad in to them. Please need to be give him proper training.
They selling regular quality for large price. Most of the wraps they have in fridge is moulded. Beware dont visit them. They are horrible. Serious is horrible too. No cleanliness at all. Dont waste your money
A quiet store with friendly staff. The veggie patty is a updated my review for 2022 and it's still a wonderful store.
Staff was undertraind couldent even print a receipt got one in the end only to find out he had charged me an extra sub i never orderd then got home and thay gave me someone elses sub
This subway has changed ownership several times, I can’t blame them, there in a location that offers a lot of good and different cultured food, however last time I had subway in both Huntingdale and Oakleigh, the quality and quantity of food that was served was really disappointing, I don’t blame the franchise’s, like Dominos, with franchise fees it’s really hard to make a living. However the subway in Thomastown on Dalton road is the best and the busiest in Melbourne, other franchise’s should ask their advise.
Terrible customer service. Rudely refused to serve me at 0730 despite opening hours stated that store opens at 0700. Amend the opening hours if you are going to refuse to serve during that time period.
Worst service and there’s one girl working there she don’t know how to talk to their customers please avoid this place

The girl who served me is so good first time I got the toast well toasted, every-time I get it toasted like a rock this time its soft and good.
Person behind counter should learn basic customer service. I’m the only customer in store, store member is least bothered to get my order.
Once order is taken, he’s not focused on preparing order rather busy on call. Either he should focus on call or prepare my food. Ordered veggie patty & I can hardly count veggies in them (it’s only because of lack of focus & interest to work).
I mostly prefer Subway but with the experience here, will never visit this store in future.
Big wave to the manager I oftenly go here for my breakfast in the morning. However, I always experience poor customer service. It's so frustrating that it even made me post a review. Instead of making you start your day very nice but then it's the other way around. Thankful that they still have the food to ease my frustration a bit.
Very rude staff. The worst experience I ever had. The lady serving me was already rude and behaved more rude because I asked a few questions about my salad portions. She behaved as if she is doing me a favour. No smile, no hospitality.
When I told her that she was very rude and she shouldn't talk to customers like that - she didn't care one bit. Didn't even apologise. In fact told me that I should read the menu properly before buying instead of asking her a few questions.
She got scared when I asked her for her name to complain to her manager. Told me some BS that "we are not allowed to tell our names" and then reluctantly gave me a fake name (Kate) but still didn't apologise. ️
It makes you feel like it was a grave mistake even spending $1 here. Never coming back to this place.
Worst experience ever with subway people go there for fresh as per there slogan I had a rye bread it was hard looks like sitting there for couple of day avacado was turning black.
Weird staff.poor customer service. They should learn customer service from Pizza hut that is just 350m away from them.xD
Highly unprofessional staff. I had ordered online for a pickup. They cancelled my order on their own 1 minute before the pickup time (after they had accepted the order 15 minutes ago). And when I reached the store, they were closing (1h 30min before the close time which is mentioned there ON THEIR website) and that lady blatantly lied to my face saying that they havent received any such order. When I showed them the online receipt, that lady just laughed and said she doesnt know anything about it and went away.
