34Most disgusting subway I have ever been to! There were flies all over the food! There were flies sitting on my sandwich while it was being made and I had to ask the lady to change it. Which she did but didnt look happy about it. The place looked filthy overall! Food tasted no better. Avoid this place at all cost!
Great staff, and can have a good funny chat with the staff. The sandwich was packed full, not light some other subways
I just went to Subway Ravenhall at 6: 30pm.wasn't closing until 7pm and as I pulled up outside they quickly turned the lights off.when I tried to advise the staff member it wasn't due to close they just refused saying they were closed. I've been a regular customer here.but not anymore.very unprofessional
Alana is an asset to your business! We have been to so many subways and not once has anyway provided that level of service! Great attention to detail by Alana and she has such a a happy and positive attitude!
The shop was packed and there was one girl and a trainee working, despite this the staff were really good and got everyone served with minimal fuss.
Poor customer service
Update your in-store menu pricing to match what’s charged at the register and don’t just dismiss this when being called out with “oh, there’s been a price rise”, it’s actually illegal

Having seen photos of mice, mouldy wraps, maggots in vegetables, and bugs in food all from this subway, I’m honestly appalled it’s still open. AVOID until it’s taken over by new management, the current one clearly doesn’t care one bit for the safety of their customers.
Came in today and the two girls on the one with red hair most pleasant to deal with such great customer service and food was amazing. The darker girl made my daughters sub most kindest soul her smile was so inviting and once again a delicious sub made. I have to say I’m never disappointed when coming to eat at this subway. Always leave a happy customer from food being great to the most amazing friendly service by the girls who work the morning/lunch shift. Definitely recommend this store.
We visited the store for the first time and can assure you it's going to be the last time as well. The girl serving us was rude, ignorant and extremely horrible. If subway has the promotion to complete a survey and in return get a free cookie, then she is nobody to judge, ridicule or outrageously disrespect customers for doing exactly that. I am not someone who would post but her unprofessional and disgusting behavior was not on my order today and never will be. I would rather eat where customer's are respected. As much as we want the food, don't forget that you need your store too.
Visited there Wednesday night just before close. The the staff dropped whatever they were doing at the time, greeted and served me straight away. They made great conversation and were really hospitable.
Coming from someone with a training and operations management background in hospitality, this is amazing to see from the young staff here. These guys deserve some praise.
I was served by Alana, Shakira and Jicinta they have the best customer service, very friendly, I will be coming back for sure to see these girls again
Visited this Subway this afternoon with family.
1. Asked about the promotion they have advertised outside (package deal with cold drink) staff has no clue they have something like this running even after i pointed at the poster on the door. Another girl came from inside, they both spent 5 minutes discussing this but end up saying its not running anymore.
2. Which Bread you choose? When i chose the Italian, They said we don't have that. Then i chose Malted Rye, They said we don't have that either. We have only White & Wheat.why did you ask the question in first place, secondly its 4pm not even close to closing time.
One of the best subway places I have been too especially the girl with the red hair she always goes above and beyond for her customers! The most polite and bubbly one there who makes the store so inviting! Definitely recommend going to this store.
The girls working here are loud and awful to the customers. You can see them roll there eyes when a customer walks in. They will be angry at you if you ask for an item which they will have to refill.
The two young girls that work every Wednesday have exceptional customer service, they answered all my questions with confidence. Will definitely be returning!
Poor covid safety no 1.5 metre in a small space, they push customers through I was first in the que I had a gentleman walk straight behind breathing down my neck. I am a loyalty card holder I purchased 5 meals over $60 and was told I only get 1 stamp. It's first time this has happened. Absolutely disgusted today.
Excellent my footlong was full jam-packed with fillings unlike some other stores put least as possible in.
