Subway

Bread wasn't fresh and there was hardly any chicken in my sub. They think they're increasing profits by ripping people off, however, I won't be returning so they've lost future profits by being cheap.

The father is ignorant and rude. We had a free voucher which was checked by his son, they made the order and his father said $7. We said we have a voucher and your son said it's ok. He replied the internet is down and can't scan the voucher you have to pay it, it's still cheap. The whole point of going there was we had a voucher for free food. We paid the $7 then the son apologized a said grab a drink on the house. The Father yells out no drink with that order, the son said it's ok, it's b for the hassle dad, he yelled out begrudgingly take a small one only.

NEVER AGAIN,!

Do not order from this subway on any food delivery service. Ordered 3 six-inches on Uber eats. And it’s taken two hours to make three sandwiches. Not worth your money. Employees should be replaced considering that they can’t do their simplistic jobs.

Today I made an order on menu log for Subway Delahey and I ordered a chicken classic and all I got was just the chicken in a roll I rang them up and they refuse to accept responsibility and tell me it’s not there problem and that I the customer didn’t select the salad option in menu log I was in menu log I didn’t see any salad options so I assumed by selecting chicken classic it will come with the salad but no it didn’t they didn’t apologise nor did they ask to come to the store to correct the order any normal person would think and ring the customer and ask before making the order but no they refused to take responsibility and charged me full price for just 2 pieces of chicken in a roll no salad I told them that it didn’t give me that option but they refused to listen and show empathy to me this is extremely bad customer service do not order from this store as they take no initiative nor responsibility at all and menu log they are just as bad as subway so I get left with paying $20 for 2 pieces of chicken in a roll with no salad what a joke pathetic they actually deserve zero their service is shocking

Very bad experience.i ordered veggie delight that smells very bad like stuff stored from long time and at dirty place. I called to owner and he make excuses. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely poor service, bad hygiene, the workers have BAD ODOUR. Dodgy manager won't give me free cookie after I did a survey, came up with a bs story about not being a participating restaurant. Avoid this place. Every other subway is good

This Subway is by far the best in this area
The staff are amazing and the produce is fresh every day
Now it’s had an upgrade it’s even better

Half the filling of veggies, I paid full price for getting half price sub, not very professional, felt just wasted money and time, not visting again.

Worst service there today, excuses of why he put the wrong chicken on. Brown avocado, and tops it off with a napkin he wiped HIS hand on.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. No etiquettes at all. I was thinking my review will only be a bad one but seeing the reviews in this section I am not wrong. Came at 25-4-20 at 2 pm and the person has no manners at all.

Shocking experience, they try to charge extra, charged for cookies which I never got and when I went back they made up excuses. Shocking customer service

If you want food without any meat when you order extra meat this is the place to go 4 times in a row useless completely useless im shattered i had to give yall 1 start use dont even deserve that

If your opening hours are until 9pm you can not shut the door at 8: 45 and tell customers you are closed.

Horrible service, cross contaminated subs with knife covered in something else. Also doesn't listen to what sauces we asked for and still put the wrong ones on. Won't return
