The donvale subway team have forever ruined the beauty of a pizza sub for me. Oi CUT ME SUBWAY IN HALF NEXT TIME. $11.75 for a pizza sub! Outrageous! Wont be back.

This Subway charges more than any other subway i have been too AND they give so much less! Their filling sizes are beyond stingy. Waste of time and money

Usually have good dealings with the staff at this store. Notice new staff here alot though. Few times I've witnessed management talking very rude to their staff Infront of me which clearly puts them off. Probably the training style that reflecting on their confidence to make a person's sub to their liking.

Very tight on salads cheese etc, even the sauce! *Not worth the money*. Make your own sandwich at home or go elsewhere

Very dissatisfied with the amount of filling in my veggie sub. The stingiest Subway store I’ve ever visited, by far! The lack of consistency from store to store has never been this bad (as it was today). Also the cost of my sub was dearer than any other store i e visited in 2023. I won’t be coming here again! My advice would be to take the time to read the customer reviews before placing your order at a particular store. Many other customers are saying exactly the same thing. Be warned!

One of the worst branches out there. High prices but miniscule portions and poor service. Those guys can't even cut a footlong in half properly.

Genuinely the worst subway ever! They skimp out on all the ingredients and charge $10 for a 6inch sub!

The young lady that works there is so rude to not only the customers but the staff in training. No wonder they have a high staff turn over - she needs to go!

They charged me $17.50 for a foot long subway club!
Subway club isn't on the menu, nor is there anything on there menu over $14
I didn't want to buy it when it came to checkout, but was told I had to it's been made, so I paid. Not going back

This is the only subway that makes square-shaped “wraps”. I ordered a large wrap but the serving/filling was so small which makes me wonder if the awkward shape is to hide the fact that it’s only a regular size.

Worst subway I have ever had only giving one star and that's to the Aussie girl that was working there. Cause she new what she was doing the poor thing was run off her feet.

The girl that answered the phone was one of the rudest people I've dealt with over the phone. She looked like she has had enough of the place and she was just taking it out on me. Absolutely terrible customer service.
The worst part about all this is that this Subway store was taking orders from DoorDash and my order had been cancelled with the reason being that the store had supposedly "closed down". That's when I decided to call the store (at 1: 15pm on 31st December) to get more information. The rude girl that answered said they are in fact taking orders but not from DoorDash. When I asked her why that was, that's when she became very agitated and totally unsympathetic to the situation. She just couldn't care less. Will never been buying from this store again. I have the voice recording of this call and I'm strongly considering giving to Subways head office so they take disciplinary action on this extremely rude staff member.

Horrible service. When I went in line there were two people behind me and I asked for Italian herbs and cheese and it was “sold out” the next person in line asked for the same bread and it mysteriously is no longer “out of stock”, with my wheat bread I asked for a lot of sauce they barely gave me any. When I tried my sandwich the flavour was so bland and there was absolutely no taste. STAFF TREATS YOU WITH DISRESPECT. DO NOT COME HERE

Brought all happy cheese toastie on all subway but this subway toastie is extremely miserable and pathetic. Have a look at the photo.its tell a sad story. Feel bad for the cheese and toast buddy. They should be happy together.

Extremely stingy on the fillings - ordered a foot long and they only put fillings on one side. I had to continue asking for an adequate serving. There were no customers when I arrived, after I ordered another person arrived and my server decided to serve us both at the same time which resulted in both our orders taking longer. The staff were clearly untrained.

Person in charge was not friendly. Food was fine, but would rather buy from another store with better service.

I ordered online. Got everything on the menu except the things I actually ordered. I don't know what I did wrong as it was a small order so I'm very confused why I got nothing I selected.

Excellent service, highly recommend this place they had exquisite sandwiches. I came with a friend and we both enjoyed our lunch the best subway experience we've ever had.

Went to order and staff member let her friend cut in front of me. Poor service and poor attitude

Customer service absolute stellar served very quick whilst pursuing an excellence conversation asking how my day was and other stuff. Extremely professional and highly recommend. (PS blonde white kid with glasses ur awesome. William you're a g, my lettuce was just the right amount, the cheese melted into the meatballs I let out a holy roar as soon as I took the first bite. Insane. Pleasant experience. Worth the trip up the Pines:)
