15Quality of food wasn't great. Staff were miserable with quantity of ingredients until we asked to put more.
Staff making the sandwich have no care that someone is going to eat that thing. To me it looks like lack of management experience or training. I constantly have to ask to spread the ingredients evenly so the cheese isnt just in the middle or one side. Happy to change review if i see improvements.
Staff communiction was average but otherwise food was pretty good. Did not have certain features that other subways have.
Subway Rosanna is amazing maggie and milly made my sub and it was amazing and the service was great, i strongly recommend this subway.
I had no issue with my food, the service, however, was very underwhelming. It was apparent the girl working was not adequately trained, as I had to wait a few minutes for her to work the register. After finally getting the other girl to come and help her, it appeared that my order was more expensive than the original price. When I queried the second girl why it was more expensive, she said the first girl had put my order wrong, and "it's only a $2 difference. " I've worked in hospitality and, the way she spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. There wasn't a sorry about taking a long time nor getting the final amount wrong. I definitely will not be coming here. I am fine waiting, as I understand people need to learn, but when there is rude customer service, that is where I draw the line.
Very rude staff. Another customer received rancid chicken and she was more polite than staff servicing her.
My sub was with meatballs and half the footlong was empty. I asked if I could get enough to atleast fill up the roll when they told me
No. There is only 8 meatballs in a footlong. They count them out individually lol
Firstly, we wanted italian bread but we got white bread instead. Then we asked for teriyaki chicken and we got chicken which was plain and dry. Usually the order I always get is really good, but it was so bland this time around. When we walked into the shop on a 10 degree day it was so warm inside I was sweating. Not to mention the employee wasnt clear in speaking at all or friendly.
They were out of big macs so they compensated with a box filled with chicken nuggest and sushi. Overall great place would go there again
Subway means healthy. I really enjoyed it wonderful service and good communication. Neat and tidy shop.
Was craving for Subway but the store in Rossana turned off their oven this was at 7pm when they close at 9pm.will be going to another store next time
We went during the time when no one was there. The staff were really nice to us. We took our time to order. One of us was trying it for the first time and they explained it all really good.
I don't make it to subway in the US much but stopped by here. I pretty much stick to plant-based options and let the staff make me whatever. They made me a falafel sandwich on rye bread with sweet onion and hot sauce.it was pretty darn good for a franchise restaurant. Way better than the veggie patty option.
Came here with a colleague for a small bite to eat, although much of what they offer is large servings. We shared a paninis which was pretty good. We chose the Mediterranean Veg (she's a vego) and it was generously filled with toppings. The cookies looked good so we got a couple of those for snacking on throughout the day.
Staff friendly. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Dietaries catered for.
I catch the train early morning and I want to grab cookie and they open at 8: 00am! And I went there at 8: 30 am and it was closed. So much for opening at 8: 00am!
Poor customer service. Have they changed hands lately?
1) 2 weeks ago there were 2 guys serving. I ended up with a 6'sub that was split in a few places so v.hard to eat.
2) today I was wtg to be served when a soft drink delivery man came in. After dropping off all the bottles (a few trolley loads full), and with me still wtg, the male staff member asked what the delivery man would like to order. The man said to serve me first but the staff member said no. When I was finally served I sarcastically said thanks and complained at how long I had waited. The server said I was wtg yo order after the delivery man came in - but I wasn't! There was no apology. I will never go back to Rosanna Subway again.
