Horrible never a gain
Served by a young man with a scarf tied around his head didn’t have a lot of product knowledge, I asked if I certain bread was nice and he said he didn’t know, shrugged his shoulders, and looked like he really couldn’t be bothered doing anything. Ended up leaving as I didn’t want someone making my food he look like he couldn’t be bothered doing anything and wouldn’t have made any real effort.
Could make the sandwiches with a bit more care and not so rushed, need more than 1 staff member working at all times

This review does not aknowledge the otherwise excellent service of the day shift workers i normally see. Its a review of my one day experience of them being closed at 7.45pm on a Saturday evening.
Been to this place a few times, tried a few different subs, but each time the orders are never what I asked for!
Staff can be snappy when you ask for things. When I ask for extra carrot you would think it comes out of the pay check of the person serving you. What a joke. I ask for a extra that costs and i hardly got anything. Staff rolls there eyes, you can hear them talking badly about other customers. Not a real good look for a place that has bad reviews already. As for the Englishman that takes the orders, such an over kill on trying to be nice, it’s off putting really. The whole place needs a Reno and some new staff… will never be back again.
Everyone knows Subway food. I sat at the oudoor tables in a delightful cool breeze and ate my delicious 6" classic chicken in Italian bread. Thanks.
I had ordered a footlong sub at lunch through the app. I had two requests that I had put in the notes section. They had followed through with one of my requests and not the other. The sub itself hardly had any filling nor was there much cheese on it. I had wanted two sauces and there was more of one then the other, one was overpowering the other. The staff do not know the right ratios and how to make a decent sub to satisfy customers. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.
In un-experience staff and feel discrimination on this place when we were ordering food order 4 veg patty and they made them disgusting way. We will not recommend to go there.
Tables and floor were covered in rubbish. Toilet was disgusting. Food and service were ok but was not impressed with the mess.
Great customer service, particularly from the English guy that works there (forgot his name). He went to the effort of changing his gloves for my vego option without me asking which was highly appreciated. Food was filling and decently prices (about $22 for 2 footlongs). Restraunt is clean with good table options to dine in.
Only thing was they forgot to put my falafel in the sub, probably due to me talking too much but they were happy to add it in and re-wrap it.
Delicious, just disappointing that our three subs had nothing marking what was in each wrapper. It was a lucky dip of trying to find who’s was what. Not good considering Covid. Hopefully this was simply an oversight today.
I wish they wood stop squashing the sub, and learn about health and safety, by not making your sub then use the till and then go and make the next sub STILL with the same pair of gloves on not good.
Ordered 2 platters days in advance with a 12: 30 pick up. Went in at 12: 35 to pick up and only 1 was made. Had to wait in store for the other to be made as it wasn't done. Not good enough. Nearly 1pm and we're still here waiting.
The woman at the counter was very rude to my dad and she did not add cheese to my dads order and when she said do you want any add on like avocado, beetroot and pineapple she was yelling at my dad and he was confused why
Not bad food, staff seem sad in there sometimes, i do feel for them, especially when theres only 2 people serving and theres a huge line, i choose not to go there when its like that bc it just takes too long so i recond they get understaffed
Very rude unacceptable behaviour vaccinated or not her customer service skills need to be re examined
The lady with black tshirt may be she is manager or assistant manager, its 1st jan new year eve for sure every one expecting good behaviour, but she is very very rude, unexpected. Other staff members are really gud, really appreciated.

Was refused service as I'm exempt from wearing a mask and got told unless I showed my exemption I wasn't getting served. Which under the human rights vic act they cant "The Department of Health and Human Services website says that you do not need a medical certificate to prove you have a lawful reason for not wearing a face mask under the public health directions. "
The lady with red hair is so nasty to the young staff was absolutely disgusting to stand and listen to. She is so rude. Don’t understand how she still has a job.
