Subway

The worst subway for quality of the sandwiches I remember. We stopped as we were driving through Moe for a quick snack. For example ordered jaffels for the kids and the cheese was completely intact. When we asked for it to be melted the owner suggested cheese on the jaffels aren't meant to be melted lol.

I am very disappointed!
I found 3 HAIRS in my sons meatball sub.
And when my nan was ordering her food, she had to repeat herself over 3 times every time the lady put something on her sub, she was putting the wrong things on my nans subs AND made my nan pay TWICE the amount for her order, my nan had asked for a 6 inch and a foot long as well as 2 drinks, for an order that should’ve only cost her $30 was actually $60! We also weren’t asked if we wanted a receipt which in all honesty I think a customer shouldn’t have to ask for one! I am greatly disappointed in the customer service and we will be taking this further!

The place looks really nice after the new owner took over the costumer service was beautiful I would recommend this subway

My bread was falling apart by me not even touching it, the guy who served me was whispering to me and had his head down the whole time, didn’t even change his gloves after touching the POZ screen and continued touching my food straight after. By the end of it he wrapped my sub and dug his fingers in the bread, it was awful to look at and to even want to eat.

Need more staff with better communication skills.
They will overcharge. Check how much you are being charged.
Be prepared to wait.

Just came out of subway and am absolutely shocked at the treatment we received from the 2 female staff there. We had a big order and the staff were missing a lot of the ingredients, so we had to make adjustments on the spot. There were no other customers behind us however the staff were rolling their eyes and extremely snappy if I didn’t answer quick enough for their liking. The younger staff member even suggested in a rude tone that we should have done this order online. At the end they were raising their voices at us. When we were finally checking out, I asked for 3 of each flavoured cookies and she grabbed a bunch of random cookies and shoved them in a bag in a huff. Extremely poor service, and do not recommend visiting this store.

Music was so loud I couldn’t hear the staff talking to me and when I suggested turning it down the young girl decided it was easier to just yell at me rather than turn the music down. Then it came to my order - I have been all round Australia and ordered cold chicken in a wrap but no this Subway has decided you cannot have cold cooked chicken what the hell this is a joke so I left as my husband watched them making fun of me on the way out I’ll be sending this to Subway head office as well.very disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting service, there were flies all over our food as they were making it, then they put the wrong sauce on our roll and instead of offering to make a new one they tried to scrap the sauce off, so at that point we decided to leave and get something else.

Terrible customer service.

Very friendly staff, helpful and know exactly what I want. Always eager to talk to customers and ensuring that you get what you order.

Useless staff they were 15 minutes late on a online order and while waiting for them to even start making it they just kept serving people walking in, so why offer a app to order from when clearly the staff just ignore you for walk ins. By the time they made our order they only had rye bread left and ran out of pepperoni they gave the last good bread to the que jumpers when I asked for a refund and to cancel the order they apparently can't do that for online orders so everyone save your time don't use the app and find a subway that doesn't have useless staff.

This was at 7: 20pm they don't close untill 9: 00pm so what's with the bread shortage? Cook some more duh!

So Moe store manager if you read this train the staff that were on 27th Oct a bit better please.

Nice store but I am sick of the subway app updates causing me trouble logging in and then losing my rewards because it doesn't work when I need it to

The bread was stale hard and flakey, cookies were thin and flimsy and the drink machine was making disturbing noises.
If I could I would give it 0 stars a disgrace

The girl that works there is attractive and very nice manners. I hate subway.but i will definitely get a drink from there.

Incredibly positive service for our family of 4 on Saturday, patiently working through the order with the kids with a smile & suggestions of sauces, etc. The best Subway we've had in in years too - fresh & delicious. Especially the Buffalo Chicken. Great service & care. *****

I usually love subway but the subway is moe.is so unhygienic.you can see the flies sit on all the food, oh and i got food poisoning from this place twice!

I used to come to this Subway occasionally and I have never had a bad moment, the meatballs are always freshly tasting, the service is amazing and the bread quality is all so remarkable and fantastic for a footlong. However, as a National Socialist myself, my belief is that Subway just another product of American Imperialism and economic capital which exports global/international subversion and moral decay which I do not support, this is not just a Subway issue, but with Mcdonalds, KFC, Nandos etc, but i do have the belief that we will triumph into power and when we do, Subway Moe, we will make healthy sub sandwiches and hoagies that fit with the NS regime

It's subway.you know what yr gonna get.probably a little healthier than other chains. I notice regional locations not as stingy with the salad and topping.city stores seem a little more profit driven.

Service was great but the cleanliness of the store around the drink machine could do with some attention. Especially given the current situation the world is facing

This is the most poorly run store I have been too.
Every week my family and I attend this store and they have ALWAYS run out of the most basic ingredients.
You are a sandwich provider that runs out of wraps, cookies, capsicum, rye rolls, tuna, tomato and many other basic ingredients.
If it were not for your nice staff we would have given up on your store by now.
