Subway

I love Subway, but it never looks like the one in the photos and worse is the filling is getting even more thin these days. Even though the price goes up?
I used to go a few days a week, but now I just go when desperate.sad, but that is how cost cutting is.

The Indian female staff was really rude, rude tones, rude gestures, rude tunes… she just looks impatient and unhappy all the time. Besides, different staff charge different prices over the same product in different day. Really confusing.

Waited 30 minutes in line, 20 of which my food was on the bench. Food was super dry, guy squashed it and it was a mess. Even worse, left me with crippling stomach cramps an hour later.

One star is too much but I don't have another option. Thus shop is the worst shop for ever.unorganized, dirty kitchen So disappointing when I ordered my sandwich and wanted to purchase a meatball and they said we don't have meatball then I choosed chicken and said I want all salads in my sandwich, I asked them to put hotchilli sauce but again they said we don't have it.i got my sandwech to eat it in the holliday park. When I started eating I realized they put only 3 of all salad in my sandwich. Unbelievable
Extremely never recommended

I've gone here a lot and quite often the subs are slapped together haphazardly and falling apart by the time I get them home.

I got double chicken classic toasted but instead of heating the chicken separately they put it on the sub. I couldn't finish it because the chicken was stone cold and slimy. Very disappointed considering was a $17 sandwich: (

Newly renovated store but very dirty. Not much cleaning going on there. Bit stingy on the ingredients too, my sub was pretty thin.

Quick friendly service, all ingredients fresh very clean store.l love the meatball melt with spinach lettuce and beetroot on a white footlong. Always offered receipt and a bag!

My hisband ordered a chicken classic online yesterday evening and wen to this shop to pick up. When my son opened at home there was cold chicken even if i clicked to roast it with bread. Very disappointed with quality of their service and neglect over online order.

Ordered off ubereats, and was absolutely disgusted. Sandwiches looked squashed, thrown together, soggy and all the filling was falling out. Tasted disgusting, we threw them away after two bites. Also ordered a cookie with my sub, and guess what. No cookie. My sub was spicy, despite the fact I asked for literally nothing on there to be spicy. There was a whole bunch of pepper in it, when I did NOT order pepper.
Do not waste your money on this place, literally its so disgusting. Will be getting a refund from uber.
Would rate 0 stars if I could, go to subway in ringwood, its much better.

I got this on Uber eats the driver was good food was here in 10 minutes
But I didn't get any lettuce.
Bread was like a rock and tasted stale
It was so disgusting I threw it out

My dad and I got Veggie Pattie ft longs from here for dinner. Both had the runs in the morning. I asked a staff member about the veggie patties and was told that sometimes when the thawed ones don’t sell they put them in the refrigerator and serve them the next day. Not coming back to this subway owner should teach staff to throw things away when they’re not sold within 24 hours. Pathetic.

Went there yesterday. Guy came from the back but didn’t change his gloves. I asked if he could put fresh gloves on before making my sub and he obliged. He didn’t appear to be annoyed with me for asking. The only reason I asked was because of another customer review from the Doncaster East store who mentioned about dirty gloves. I think fresh gloves should be mandatory for every order. I do wonder about health and safety regarding cross contamination of foods, meats, salads etc all dipped into with the same gloved hands. Great sub and the bread was nice and fresh.

This store i like, ONLY because it is the only store open til 9.30 pm on a weekday. I would travel a few suburbs to eat here because it is the only place that is open.everything else is the same as other subway.

Went there at 1: 30 on the 7/12/2019. Sandwich was slapped together with poor customer service. One of the more average subways I’ve been to. Generous 2 stars

Subway is hard to mess up if you get what you know you'll like. Always a great choice for lunch!

Staff could be more cheerful and friendly. Cold and solemn faces don't
encourage customers to visit.

Went there this morning to grab something to eat on my way to work, the lady inside the shop said: yeah! I Said: good morning to you too.
Again, rudely she asked what can I do for you? I asked for a turkey foot long sandwich. She made the worst sandwich ever and she was rude and impolite at all.
It's not your fault that you hate your job it's your manager's fault for hiring a rude person like you with great customer service.
When you serve food to someone you should be happy because you're doing them a favor. No matter how bad your day is going you should be proud of whatever you're doing.
