Subway

Absolutely shocking customer service. Skye made my sandwich and it was soaked in the sauce. I asked for this to be remade and I was treated like garbage. The workers inside were smirking to one another after I brought the issue to their attention. Customer service is about leaving the customer with a positive experience. This was the worst of what I’ve experienced anywhere, ever. Completely inexcusable and disgraceful. Your workers need further training so they can understand what it is it to work in customer service. What a joke! Skye’s attitude was shocking. Never coming back here again, stay away!

Excellent and generous subways went back twice in 3 days. Parking near shop can be difficult. Strongly recommend if looking for Subways.

Had the best beautiful experience today.
I'm a disability support worker. I took my client in and as soon as we walked in, the lovely lady greeted us so welcoming and warming. I got her name, hope the spelling is correct. Kelly, then the owner Brendan came to greet us. Honestly, myself and Boyde could have stayed there for so long
They both were the most amazing hosts. Kelly was just so amazing and so helpful. Then Brendan came to help and he was amazing.
I've been to many Subways, but.this one is now my favourite. Well done Kelly and Brendan. I will be spreading the great word around. Keep up the great service. And for anyone wondering. Please support this great store. You will not be disappointed.

It's so hard to find a good Subway these days, I'm so glad this is my local one
I was getting tired of having to fight over bare minimum ingredients,
These guys make a sub like everyone used to 15 years ago, will keep visiting

Great service with friendly staff, the new owners are wonderful and the food is fresh and delicious! Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best subway around!

The last 3 weeks I have been coming here with the New owners James and Brendan being wonderful in customer service and great food. The staff are excellent, helpful and I will only attend this Subway. Great food, clean store. Best Subway in Melbourne. So much nicer than previous staff

The staff here are super friendly, the food is fresh & the store environment is awesome. Did not have to wait long at all. Looks like possibly new ownership since I was last here? Shop has definitely had a make over. Massive inprovement! Very happy local customer. Thank you

New management! Food was well made and very fresh. Owners themselves were working along with the staff which was great to see. They seem to care alot about turning it around. Previously the shop would be closed even though it was within their opening hours but not any more. Good to have this store back.

I love this place the new managment is amazing and they are so nice, the staff are really good and make great food i will definitely be going back there.

Staff have always been courteous and the food is very good.

I would have given five stars to this store, have I not seen a staff member serving without a face mask during the Covid-19 pandemic on the second week since they ware made compulsory, during the second wave in Melbourne.

Advertised “2 any subs for $19”. Arrived 7.40pm, by the time we got out from such slow service, it was 8.09pm. They refused to honour the “2 any subs for $19”. Cost me $51 for 4 subs and a cookie. Even though I argued the point, she refused. Don’t bother buying anything from here. Better service down at stud road subway.

So slow, broken english, coughing without covering their mouth, salad's were soft and not fresh, disgusting

Scanty amount of chicken in the foot long sandwich. Not quite what it used to be, comparing with other subways.

This stores the better one in the immediate area I've personally found, very nice staff and is worth comparing to other stores if you haven't already.

Hi Id like to file a complaint against
The manager of your Lysterfield store in Victoria.
He Is the most arrogant rude person who has ever spoken to me!
All because I scanned my subway card to early (keep in mind there is no sign displaying when he prefers me to scan the card).
After he yelled at me for scanning my card to early I then proceeded to apologise and say maybe there should be a sign or sticker to say when you’d like me to scan the card.
He then started yelling at me saying they already have to many signs up in this store.
No matter what I said he seemed to find a way to try argue with me when I had absolutely no intention on arguing. I just wanted to get my lunch.
I’m a regular customer at this sub way and they have now lost my business. I will not be spoken to like this. I hope this manager is spoken to about this childish behaviour

Pretty fast and friendly service. Has helpful and polite staff. Good place to having lunch. Love to eat sub there.
