Cowes' Subway is excellent! It offers ample seating, making it a great spot to enjoy a delicious sub with friends. The staff is quite decent as well. Give it a try!

This was a great subway. Walked in at 7: 50 The lady was a wonderful, even though she had started to pack up. Listen to exactly how I wanted my sandwich even though it was a bit different.

A little disappointed with the long wait times. For a Subway in a popular tourist town, they would do better to put more staff on during peak hours, especially during school holidays. They had also run out of a fair few ingredients at the time.

Exactly what you want and should expect from a Subway. The place was very clean and the staff were very organised.

Stood at the counter for 7 minutes waiting, there was 2 staff one, one was serving someone and the other was just walking around, they both knew myself and and my partner were waiting and not even once did they give us eye contact or communicate to us they won’t be long. While grilling the 1st customers wrap the staff stood at the grill and just looked at the other staff smiling and joking about something. The other staff member walked pass me 3 time with no communication. We ended up walking out and will not recommend going there to anyone.

Nice little store to stop by for a sandwich and drink. The staff was very friendly and made a great sandwich. The store was clean and well maintained.

3pm Today I went to this subway and was discussed by the manager not helping the subway sandwich artist serve a family. The manager was walking in and out of the store with her serving a family and the couple in front of us walk out as well as us. From where we were standing the food cases were gross and all the glass wasn't clean and tidy for a tourist town. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

I love my subway, but I ordered a ft long pizza on grain. The service was great the attendant was very delightful. But The lettuce was brown and the bun tasted like it had been there 2 days. It was so chewwy it spoit the whole sandwich. The key to a good sandwich is a Fresh, Not 2 day old bread.

Sarah the Sandwich Artist is a superstar! She handled a mega order and 3 other customers, all with poise and class - all the while being in the store on her own. Didn’t lose her cool. She delivered! Thoroughly recommend

Worst experience having food here. The worker was arrogant and at the end charged me for 3 subs instead of two. She eventually gave me cash for the extra one but had an extremely rude personality.

Not much inventory, so didn’t have as many choices as your usual subway. Salad put on was less than the bare minimum, not even covering the whole sub. Roll was broken in half and no care was given when making our sub. Was a mess to eat and wasn’t up to the usual standard of subway. Quite dissatisfied with our experience.

Only 1 staff but he served amazingly and handled pressure well. But i feel sorry for the kid it was busy and hes trying to keeep up.good on you mate.

Just waited 40mintutes to get 1 sandwich made, absolute joke some of the slowest "sandwich artists" I've ever seen and has 3 staff on but only 2 serving at most never left a bed review in my life but this deserved one

Short on staff, so cueue developed quickly.
Filling was light on and some of the pricing on a few of our items was in excess of the advertised price.
