To whoever who owns this franchise outlet: they are turning away customers even at 2045 hrs telling them we’re closed! Go figure

Service at this place is shocking.ordered in store last week and was served by rude & impatient workers. I was silly enough to give them another chance through delivery today and received my foot long southern style chicken with no chicken at all and my partner’s order with no cheese even though it was ordered.want to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that these mistakes were not intentional but not putting any meat on a chicken sub is wild

I went in 8: 50 as the shop closes at 9: 00pm. Was told already close at that time: (. Understand if it’s a restaurant but if your not open till 9pm can ya change your opening hours please… went to noodle world which also closes at 9pm but we’re happy to serve

Worst place to eat. I had to walk out, because of their lack of Customer Service, the store was very dirty, always short on stock, the presentation of the Salad bar was very dirty and everything looked off. My whole family avoids this place like the plague.

Felt the pain delivery drivers must go through when I ordered pick up. My order was being made when I walked in but took another 10 minutes on top of the pickup time 15 minutes prior whilst no other customers were being served. Staff were slow and lacked any care. I Worked in retail for 10 years and always wanted to customer out quickly not here. 3: 35pm 15/03

Horrible experience here, Indian staff here need to be taught English, couldn't even make a simple order or process my gift card. Never again

New store looks awesome. I have been coming on every weekend. Chirag is one of the best person there. He is always very friendly. Working alone he served me and my friends and family in just couple mins. Highly recommended.

Good service. Special shout out to Chiraj. Came for a birthday party in south melb with 20 of children's friend. He served all of us within 5 mins with a smile on his face. Excellent staff and service.

There are two people. They don’t understand english at least one person should know how to speak english. I ordered roasted beef but suddenly they called me and said out of stock, so i just changed to Italian BMT. Then i asked can i change sauce? And they said no and i explained but they didn’t get it and keep saying no.why I can’t change the sauce? And also I ordered double chocolate cookie but I received original chocolate cookie.

Great Subway to be. Staffs are friendly and patient. Food is fresh and delicious. Great place to be

Ordered Uber eats from them. Didn’t toast my subway and didn’t put any sauce like requested. Also only received one cookie instead of two. Also, not the first time they got my order wrong.

Everything is good at this Subway, but I am highly surprised by the price differences at this place and other Subways! I generally eat a foot long Veggie Delite with Avo and it costs me $8.95, but at this particular outlet it costed me $10.45. I have learnt something new which could be wrong or right that prices at different Subways could be different!

Went in tonight just before 8pm and there was no lettuce but the store closes at 10pm? Chocolate chip cookies were burnt and the staff member wasn’t wearing gloves or using tongs to grab our cookies! Wanted to order online but we overheard she told a delivery guy she turned it off delivery at 8pm! Wow she clearly did not want to work tonight.

The girl who served me was counting on each ingredient, also paid extra for Pinch of AVOCADO and BEETROOT. When you are charging extra please serve that quantity to customers.

Fantastic service! Every time I go the staff are super friendly and kind. Special shout out to Mitali who served me last and was an absolute gem, she really always made my day with her smile and way of serving.

Rubbish unprofessional employees, holding on orders and talking on phone. Working while airpods in there ears.

Healthy food but lack customer service. I mean most of the Subway restaurants in Metro Melbourne do lack customer service big time. I'm a regular and I've encountered almost at every Subway joint I visited. Thanks

I went to grab a subway today noon and the girl working there was “not welcoming at all”! Giving star for the POOR customer service! Wrong person hired for the wrong place!

We ordered 7 platters for our wedding reception last week but we had to throw away about 30 wraps and sandwiches because the capsicums were off. Unbelievable. We placed the order one week earlier so I think they prepared everything in advance and thats why the food wasn't fresh. Very bad experience don't recommend them at all. A waste of money in such a special occasion.
