I ordered a Foot Long Tuna today and they have put only a half of the Tuna that other Subway Restaurants put. They want to save money like that by cheating customers by putting less Tuna

Ordered a combo but wasn't charged for a combo and instead for individual items so ended up paying a lot more

Very bad experience I ordered veggie delight sub without cucumber and Olives they served with cucumber and olives. When I called at the restaurant they are not giving genuine feedback.

They apparently had a $5 price rise over night they didn't but the bloke behind the counter couldn't understand me.
Maybe they should hire people who speak english. Food was terrible and store was mess that would pass in a third world country but not here in Australia.
Get your act together subway.

Placed an order atleast 20 min before pick up and arrived 5 min late then pick up still food wasn’t ready that’s fine it got busy and i can see that too, but gave order late to me and didnt even bothered to apologise i did worked in this industry one thing you can do is acknowledge that we know it happened.

Blasting techno music no sure if store approved.all tables covered with crumbs and food
Sat for for late lunch and in the 30mins no one washed any table.

Messed up the whole order and didn't even informed about the missing items. I paid extra for add-ons and they were missing.
Food was cold and when opened, looked like trash. Worst subway store.

Pretty slow service to be honest. Sub was made properly, no issues with that but a quick service will help the business.

Absolutely horrible I went in to this restursnt at 9pm to get some dinner and some of the young employees were blasting loud music out of the speakers while people were ordering their food and the person that served me couldn't hear me because of the music and I had to repeat myself 4 times and I asked for my sandwich not to be toasted but they didn't hear me and toasted it anyway Absolutely ridiculous

My husband decided to order subway for dinner tonight and we were both very disappointed.
We ordered the food around 6pm for an 8.30 pick up and the food we got was cold and soggy by 8.35pm so had been made and sitting for some time.
We ordered gluten free wraps for myself and my son who has a wheat allergy but after eating the meal broke out in a rash thanks to the wraps not actually being gluten free.
We paid extra for some toppings and those tipping were missing as well as other toppings and sauces we had ordered on both wraps and a foot long.
We certainly will not be returning to this subway store again after such a disappointment.

Took 2 hours to send the order. It was cold and inedible by the time it reached. Never going to order again from them. Pathetic

Very shocking store. Store never has any menus up on board, no care in how they present your food. Under portions of meats and seem to never have stock in. Very highly would NOT recommend this particular subway. Find elsewhere

Visited today and was pleased with Marcus! A wonderful guys, with great customer service and a welcoming sweet smile!
Food was fresh as always

No hygiene at all! We went there today around 8: 15pm and an Asian guy was making our order without changing gloves since past two orders (non-veg). There were no enough Italian breads. Also, when finishing the order and before wrapping it he dropped half of the toppings from the bread. To owner, you can check the camera to see specifics.

The miss items on online orders, owner supports staff instead of having customer focus. Very rude and shabby subs.

Never going back here again.
Unprofessional staff and no sense of customer service. The cheese wasn’t even melted in the toastie. We asked it to be well toasted and the staff refused.

Unprofessional staff. Poor food. Didn't get food what i expect and i asked to put extra cheese but it’s not there bread is over cooked. Waste of money. I want give you zero but I can’t

I’m vegan and also lactose intolerant and ordered a foot long with white bread and they gave me Italian herbs and cheese which I cant eat, I came in to pick up around 8: 50PM and opened my order when I got home, and I called up and they refused to deliver me a new one and hung up on my friend who tried to talk to them
