Subway

I ordered via Uber Eats and had a fabulous driver. However, the food took much longer to arrive than the Uber Eats app said it would. Also, when the food arrived, it was cold, and made quite sloppy. When the Uber driver brought our order, there were no drinks brought even though they were ordered. The Uber Driver drove back to get the drinks and was accused of keeping the drinks for himself.
I was not happy with the quality of the food nor the service.

They don't know what they're doing. Every time I buy kids pack, every staff member says differently. And some staffs even don't know what is kids pack.

Last night (Monday) I went to this subway store in burwood one, one girl (staff) was counting the cash at the counter and said that they don’t have anything, we are closed but everything was there. She denied to serve me. She said they can’t serve because it’s closed. (I went at 9: 45 prior to closing)

She was very agitated and rude.
I do not recommend to others to go this store, there are way better subway around the area.

All the time messes up my order on Uber. The ladies are so in professional and customer service is 0

One of the best Subway franchises left. The worker filled our subs with salad perfectly and wasn’t stingy with anything. It’s the bare minimum a Subway could be as of late so for that they get a 5 stars.

Good tasty sub, but the problem was that it's flat out busy and the other worker is walking around on her phone. Whether shes on her break or not you need to work if there's 5 people waiting in line.

The food is nice and fresh. The place is ok & clean. The staff is friendly. However, the bread is small & pricey.

Appalling! Absolutely appalling!
Horrendous manager who blames customers for their staffs mistakes, and then starts carrying on about that customer while the customer is still on the phone.
If you don’t like dealing with customers, don’t work in the service industry, Emily!

The girl who were working now made the subway like burger all the toppings in the middle I know it is closing time but you i am paying full amount and if you are in hurry than it is better to say no to the customer straight away

Subway should close down the prices are way too high you get better value for money at KFC or Macca's they charged me 10 dollars for a 6 inch Sub when they cut it in half the shifty server gave me the smallest half wasn't even cut exactly shame on you ripp off merchants they dont even honor their weekly specials all deception.

Dont go here if you are expecting to use offers from the Subway app. Went there purely for an advertised promo, only told in a very rude way they dont accept. The 2 girls working 11/10 at 6pm laughed at me as I walked away. Hope the owner reads this, im sure he wont be laughing that you had to throw $30 worth of subs in the bin. Went to another store, no problems there

Normally when I go here, the food is good and very cheap.
Today when I went, the lady who was serving me gave me 2 peices of ham instead of the usual 3. The food is good and I would recommend going there as they usually give more prices of meat than most subways

Normally this place is decent but today's an exception. Frugal on the salads and didn't accept the weekly offer.

Went today and was served by the awesome Zaidyn who was very polite patient and cheery and a pleasure to be served by. Thanks for the great service.

The lady at the counter who was making sub was very rude and in a hurry. I told her to write names on subs as we were ordering 10 subs and she was making big deal to write name on it. If the owner reading this plz make ur stuff to be more polite and welcoming, her name was jacey.

Worst subway ever. Rude employees, they don't care about customers. Always missing things whenever ordering online.

Was served by a lovely young lady called Jess! She made great conversation, was attentive and all around showed great customer service skills! She was also very quick in making my sub, as I was in a rush for work. Truly one of my best experiences at subway!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, the man was in a rush, the bun was not even toasted. Only the middle of the bun was filled with a few slices of meat. HOWEVER, he managed to fill it up with ROCKS OF SALT! Will never visit again!

Worst subway I have ever been to. Ignore this store at all costs. The guy barely put meat and salads as if he was saving them later for his lunch. I wanted my sub toasted and he took it out of the oven before it was fully toasted. And the salt.huge pieces which made the whole thing taste so salty.ended up throwing away half of it.
