Subway

People working in this branch were racist and not accomodating. This never happened to me in any other subway branch. The boys charged me for 2 separate 6 inch when I ordered one footlong. Their tune wasnt good at all. I felt so bad and not going back again in this branch.

Very disappointed the lettuce was brown in both containers one so dark brown, I was expecting all fresh.

Service was fair. Inexperienced. Couldn't have our meal inside on the tables.
Shop was open for another hour. Was told they were packing up.

This is a Clean subway. I've been to lots and this one looks good. Good service and sandwiches always fresh.

As Subways go, I very much like this one. They always seem to have everything well stocked, they have a large selection of drinks and the staff are well trained and friendly. A nice lady named Emily took my order and made it very quickly but efficiently.

Lettuce looked old and brown. Spinach leaves looked terrible, we ended up leaving without my salad. My husband got a foot long but wasn’t the best

I went to this subway about a year ago and got most beautiful lady with purple hair she made such a good footlong and she was super lovely. She deserves a promotion. I highly recommend

Good shop was served on Thursday by a young man named Matt. He had amazing customer service. Amazing place to eat thanks Matt

I went to subway last Saturday, I was served by a young lady named Katie. She was extremely polite and asked how my day was, making me feel very welcomed when arriving to subway. She made my day from good to fabulous due to the terrific service I was provided with. I highly recommended that everyone goes to this subway just to be provided with just such superb service.

Came on a Sunday, was served by the most ignorant boy ever. He lacked manners and no care for the way he was acting towards myself and my partner, his attitude was disgusting with talking under his breath and rolling his eyes. He dropped a sauce bottle on the floor and continued to use it. Didn’t use gloves while handling the food. Will not be attending to this subway again.

I went there today, on 10 November. I ordered a veggie delight. I wanted tasty cheese, the tub (of the cheese) had a piece of chicken in it, the guy took the chicken out and prepared my sub with the same glove, he was waiting for me to react. When he was putting the salad in my sub, in between started talking w her co- worker. I have never had issues before, please look into this management.

I had a veggie patty Six inch with all the toppings. It tasted like the tears of the (likely underage) worker. See you again soon.

Very impressed with Liz's service and helpfulness to a customer on a wheelchair all the way to the door. Fantastic service!

Got a meatball pot melt, tasted delicious! Was served by a lovely young lady named Emilly. Will be sure to visit here for lunch more often!

I never written a review for a take-away place but i feel like this one is necessary. I came into the shop today mid-morning and a girl with purple hair served me. She was very unmannerly, when she did speak it was abrupt and she rolled her eyes when I chose certain items. She should not be working in customer service. I am very appalled at the way she served me and will not be coming back!

Ordered ubereats my salad didn’t even have lettuce in it, I asked for only a little bit of ranch sauce and it was literally swimming in ranch. I never leave review but this was disgusting. I tried to call and no answer.

I’m not one to leave reviews but today I had to. Not fresh, drinks from machine tasted flavourless, disappointing meal all round.

On the 10/01 2021 I attended Subway on Ryrie St alongside my 2 sisters. We ordered 3 ft longs, 3 cup drinks & one sprite 600ml. During this order we noticed some shall we say "red flags". The blonde girl and the brown haired girl whispered amongst eachother every time we ordered something similar. For example: "They all got seafood" "Look they all have pineapple" - never have I seen or experienced this before. I laughed it off despite our discomfort, as my sisters and I always order similar or the same foods and I never thought it to be odd.

After finishing our meal, I went to the fridge to get the sprite 600ml. I have done this before at many subways around Australia & the world & I have never ever received such an exaggerated & out of pocket reaction. The blonde woman immediately began to accuse me of stealing, barraging me with accusations and statements such as "you did not pay" "nobody put it through for you" "you never gave me the money for it" "if you didn't give it to me who would you have given it to? " "Im the one that put through your order"- now whilst saying this at the top of her lungs she is barely looking through the receipts. A young man who is present stares & looks at me with pure disgust. I was left embarrassed, uncomfortable and downright shaken. I tried to explain that I had no reason to steal considering I had just spent $40+ on a meal. In fact I was willing to pay again had it not gone through the first time. She continued to accuse until one of her other coworkers yelled from the back that she had in fact put the drink through for me.

What happened next will shock Australia, this girl had the audacity to whisper an apology to me. Honey, if you have gone on yelling and accusing someone of theft keep that same energy with your apology.

Given todays climate I did not want to be seen as the angry black muslim woman, so I tried to be polite as I took my drink and we quickly left. Now looking back I wish I had said something to stop this from happening to people that look like me. I often read stories or hear them, but to have it happen to me & in Australia has left me shocked. I cannot help but think the way in which she reacted was because of her racial prejudice especially considering the way in which her and her coworker acted as we made our order earlier. Moreover, if it was a white person in my position I truly do not believe the reaction would have been the same.

Honestly speaking, this was one of my most disappointing trips to Geelong. Usually the shopkeepers & beach goers are so lovely. If I could I would most definitely give you 0 stars just based on your customer service skills. I will never be returning to this particular subway.

Very nice staff.last Friday, I eat falafel with bacon first time.it was very luscious, appreciation for salt.
