Didn’t even get my food
The staff here are absolutely appalling. The attitude the ladies that work here have are just rude and uncomfortable.
Watching them speak and show attitude to myself and other customers is disgusting. The customer service here is atrocious. Get out of customer service and sit behind a desk away from human interaction, do us all a favour! Thanks.
Worst Experience I’ve ever had there. I placed an online pick order that said it would be ready by 2: 15. I arrived at 2: 15 and was the only person in there. The guy who served me was sitting on the bench looking at his phone and didn’t even lift his head to look at me. I said I was here to pick up my order and they hadn’t even started it. The receipt was just sitting on the counter.
He started making it with the wrong meat and i had to clarify i ordered a different topping. It was then drenched in so much sauce I could barely eat it when I got home, and had to remove half the fillings. He then gave me the wrong cookies and by this time I couldn’t even be bothered correcting him because I just wanted my order.
He then wrapped up the sandwich and cookies to hand to me and I had to also remind him that I ordered a side of meatballs. He grabbed them and dumped a bunch of cold cheese on top, then handed it to me. Which I’m not sure if that’s how its supposed to come but i would have thought they at least get melted ot toasted or something. So i had to microwave that at home too.
I’m not the kind of person to usually complain like this and I can understand when someone makes a mistake or two especially if they are new, but since there were no other customers in the store, and I have been served by this guy before so I know he’s not new, this is just really disappointing. A simple subway order should not have half a dozen things go wrong.
First time I been here. I was very impressed. The customer service was very friendly and excellent. I would come bck again. Thank you to a very excellent customer service to Sarah. Well done. Can't wait to come back. You will get negative reviews but keep going. Dnt worry what people say.
Came into the restaurant ordered my food for the first time in in a couple months with a few friends and was accused of leaving rubbish everywhere last week, I politely explained I obviously didn’t and she told me not to be rude and said my friends were not allowed to sit here without ordering whilst I was eating. Whilst talking in a tone as if I was lesser then her.
Staff always super friendly and sub is always delicious! Nice and clean everytime I come in too
I asked for 2 six inches the guy didn't even cut it in the middle got one 8 inch & one 4 inch made poorly it was like slip slop slap one of my kids was almost crying when I took it home never going back
Im not one for writing reviews but felt the need here. Served by the same person often, regular customer but not any more. Despite ordering the same thing weekly the price is always different! But that aside service is Just plain rude. Always something wrong or cant get this today or you should have ordered this on line. Over it - wont go back.
Asked for my sub a little extra toasted… came out black… didn’t offer to remake or a word of apology… after a long day working in the rain, this is a horrendous way to serve a customer… not happy… will not be coming back!
Paid $14.95 for a large teriyaki chicken salad with avocado as a extra, arrived 7 minutes after the agreed pickup time to find my order wasn’t made and the place wasn’t even busy with four staff members out the front, after collection I discovered that the salad was a regular size, the chicken and the extra avocado I paid extra were missing
Very disappointed
We ordered evening take away collection. Terrible. Ordered Italian BMT - half ingredients missing. Sad.
I also got sick from food poisoning in the night.

One of my worst experience at this restaurant, ordered a grilled wrap which was totally scrap and put it in the rubbish straight away.
Have been here three times now and don't normally write reviews however the subs here are not good. Ordered a chicken schnitzel and salad sub today and the chicken was hard and rubbery so threw it straight in the bin. The lady staff member, possibly the owner, is also rude and should not be anywhere near the customer service counter.
Some workers are really nice, when you ask for extra something and you pay for it and the person doesn't give it to you is very disappointing
Pittiful excuse for a sandwich. Sandwich artist, more like sandwich disaster. Never seen anyone make such a lack luster Ethiopian portioned meal. Get your young staff back in school so they can learn to at least ask if I want sauce, cause who on this beautiful land does not want that sweet sauce
Not too bad for a Subway, just a little bit stingy on the toppings as it honestly has to be the smallest foot long that I've ever had from a Subway
Terribly made sub, staff not trained properly. 3 staff members and still waited 5 minutes for first point of contact, so no greeting. Girl at counter was polite. Staff need more training, right amount of salads, cut through the bread properly, you should be able to close the sandwich. With proper training, place would run much smoother with many more happy customers.
I just ate at this subway. Hands down the worst subway experience I've ever had the displeasure of participating in. Service was subpar. Burnt every chance of me enjoying my foot long. No olives. I could barely hold my sub, due to the poor execution of a simple slice. Minimal selection of cookies. Opted for a refreshing raspberry fanta, only for soda water to disperse. Went to grab a lid for my soda water, that a dead bug was occupying, also no straws. The only aspect this establishment can pride itself on is the temperature of the shop on a 33°c day. To describe my experience, it was nothing short of dreadful. Expected better.
I think that the employees aren't skilful enough for the job and require more training. The food is good and they charge good prices, i only get avocado, cheese and mayo in mine and they only charged me $2 for it.
