Appalling management, who appeared under age or at the very ok least not mature or organised enough to lead a team.
Incredibly slow service, the fresh (not toasted) sub sat in the bench for 10 minutes after the chicken teriyaki was out on waiting for salad going cold from ignoring fresh food on the bench while they toasted a number of sandwiches for people who arrived after the sub was started.
Rude staff who yell at customers when they request their food be warm.
Staff hair was everywhere and they used globe hands to touch their hair and everything else, then touched the food again.
Attended 30 December, made a written complaint immediately after, 8 days later there has been no response from subway.

Very polite and professional staff, served our sub exactly how we ordered with fresh ingredients despite being a very busy day. Excellent service!

Probably the worst subway I’ve ever had. Bread was stale and the tomato was rotten. Will not order from here again.

Very courteous & professional staff and excellent service/quality. Ordered meal deal for myself and kids and came out exactly how we wanted. Great experience after tiring day in shopping.

If I had an opportunity to give negative starts I would, I ordered a quesadilla and it didn't even have any cheese, Worst subway ever

A good experience. Was not busy when we ordered food. Being inside DFO it depends on the day and time when it gets crowded. Staff was quick to get the order in and we were out in 5. The food court is not big though so seating might not be available.

The staff should be taught to be verbally respectful. Spinach wasn't there and when asked.the guy says. ". We don't have spinatch.what else.you want? ". & added the leftover spinach.without asking! Stupid.teach them to be verbally good enough to say. "sorry we run out of spinach. Sorry for inconvenience ". I could have declined the order.at that moment.but I want the store owner to be more vigilant pls

The employees were slow and dismissive. Had no idea who was ordering what. Asked for my sub to be toasted, not black and crispy. Had to ask for napkins as we weren’t given any to begin with.

Overall unhappy with most of this experience.

We went to buy subway and was told that they were closed and very few minute the same person served the other person.

I enjoy the food in subway but have not been there for a few months I will go there for a meal tomorrow.

Check the prices before ordering. $16.20 for a six inch with bacon and avocado as extras + small Diet Coke.

Extremely rude staff, portion are very small, too stingy. I will never come back & never recommend anyone.shocking experience.

I’m not a person to complain but Got a foot long meat balls sub.
First alarm I saw was the lady was using her gloves to give change back to a customer
Then she comes and serves us without changing her gloves!

Second I asked for the meat balls and they looked like they been sitting there since the dark ages.

Legit if I don’t get food poisoning I’ll be surprised only reason I ate it is cause there was nothing else!
I wish I came and saw the reviews first
Subway franchise needs to shut this place down or at least sort it out!

Staff very rude.just throw my sandwish to give me and i even dont understand wht they say.not friendly at all.hopefully they will close soon

This place is terrible. Breads are not fresh, poor customer service. One of the worst Sub I’ve ever had.

I normally put 5 star reviews and feeling gutted to put a 1 star review.
Subway DFO - they have lost us as a customer forever. They did not honor the Entertainment Voucher because of their system will not allow them to enter the code that shows up when we redeem the voucher from the app. What's the point of representing Subway in the Entertainment book when they do not have their system supporting the code. They are prepared to loose the customer and have poor reviews but not prepared to honor the voucher and maintain their reputation and goodwill.
Will never come here again.

CHECK HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE YOU!
Had pizza melt and been charged $6.95 instead of $6.50. When I told him, he was shaking the head checking the price list like he don't know the price. Shame on you. Who knows how many people they ripped off. Shame on you

Worst experience.visited store around 4pm on 29/12/2021, the lady working there was terribly rude. She was literally throwing the salads and put a lot of sauce in my sandwich, wasn't interested at all to make the food. Please subway atleast check customer service skills in person when you're hiring. She wasn't even wearing a name tag, when asked she said, it's for privacy reasons and if you want to complain you can. Zero for customer service particularly that lady who was working in afternoon.

Worst Subway Experience ever one can have. The Cheese toasties were soggy and 2 Subs doesn't taste like its from Subway. Never recommend this subway to go for. The only thing which I liked was the Packed juice because it wasn't from the store. I am not sure why Subway is still continuing here.

Poor customer service.the lady (no name tag) working in the afternoon (29/12/21) was very rude. She needs to learn how treat customer. I myself work at a subway and always tries to follow customer requests but she straight away said no to add-on.even if i was ready to pay extra. Looks like she wasn't interested in her work.she was toching her mask again and again and using same gloves for making sub as well.very poor and unhygenic service. NEEDS ATTENTION
