Trainee making my sub had no idea how do make a sandwich which is fine but had no guidance from anyone, then I asked for a garlic bread and one of the other workers Burnt it to a crisp, so thought it was acceptable to serve it to me, not going back

There was a child working on the register, and I mean he was 11 or 12 at most. And this was severely slowing things down.
There were probably 7 to 10 people in line, and after not moving for 5 or so minutes a couple of people left.

Been in 3 days in a row, on a he first day the owner told me he would set up a deal which every subway has.he didn't.wasted my time going in 3 days in a row.says he is doing something but doesn't.do not recommend buying from someone like that

Has been renovated in recent month's and was very clean. Took my son for lunch, he was so keen to obtain promotional object (inflatable subway footlong for the pool). After we paid we had not qualified, but the manager was very generous and gave my boy the inflatable to save his disappointment. All the staff were friendly, and our subs were delicious too. Big thumbs up for Sommerville store

Extremely friendly service and love the Salads and sub from here, bread made fresh everyday, which I feel is the best you can do for your customers.

Staff behind the counter really friendly and helpful, have assisted me with selection, True Subway value. Shout out to all those hardworking peeps behind the scene.

Hope Subway management should take it into notice and pass on my positive feedback to the store.

Worst quality subway I have ever recieved, the workers are incompetent and struggled to even toast it. Not to mention she squirted musty mayo all over it before i had the time to tell her to stop. Temperature of store is also too high. Would NOT recommend

I have been to Subways but this Somerville Subway, I believe managed by new owners and fantastic servers are avante garde.

Top notch service and fresh ingredients, is what I had received in my last two orders and what really strikes me the most is their Buffalo Chicken. Wow what an amazing dressing, spicy quotent is just perfect to tickle the fancy of your Taste buds, if you are a chicken lover this one is a must.

However one thing which I couldn't help but notice is the lady serving me behind the counter was very friendly and polite and asked me about my choices and even gave suggestions, when asked, which is such a gem.

I am really happy with the class customer service I have got and I would absolutely recommend anyone passing by their store to ask them for a quick fix to satiate their hunger pangs.

Keep up the good show guys. Will return soon

The service here is so slow, need more staff on. 25 mins to make 2 rolls. Ridiculous. Consistently happens on a wed and fri night. The guy is so slow.

A highly suggested place for a private get together. My parents 60th Wedding Anniversary couldn't have gone any better.

Next time a customer comes in, don't ignore them and continue making your platter. This is not professional, and these kind of people should not be employed there

Been here before. Very clean amd tidy. Fresh food well presented. You know what your going to to get and not disappointed

The gluten free wrap is a disaster as it is too brittle and falls to pieces when being prepared. Subway need to source better wraps

Overall a decent experience. Didn’t have to wait long, the store seemed generally clean though the drinks station was a mess, and we got a correct portion of avacado which is not always the case between stores.
The one draw back was that they had already run out of rye bread despite it only being 2pm
Staff were prompt and friendly

Reasonably priced food, tasty and a good variety to choose from. A chain of shops where the menu is a standard one. You choose your bread roll type, 6 inch or foot long. You then choose your filling and whatever salad options you want as well as choice of sauces or dressings. You have the option of having it toasted. There are drinks and cookies available too.

Good little subway. Only really any decent seating for two people. Would be better if it was better suited to dining in.
