Need to be accurate with closing times been here 3 times this week and they’ve been closed more than 30 minutes early or just closing every time, they need to change closing times online and on shop door if they aren’t going to be open until those times

What a joke, your website says you close at 9.30pm and I came at 8pm for there to be a small sign on the door saying "we are closed" if I come an hour before closing time you's are always closed, change your bloody hours and stop waisting my time

3 times now I’ve attempted to go in to the store of a night and it’s been shut or being packed up as early as an hour and half before the posted closing time! Update your hours if you’re going to close earlier or tell you staff to do their jobs properly. Not good enough

Beautiful subway… BUT the cookies are so burnt that they are not even enjoyable. The classic subway cookie has lost its charm in Sunbury… I understand you have a lot of new employees, but that is no excuse… teach them how to bake them so we’re not wasting our hard earned money! Subways expensive as it is.

Just had an excellent experience with Josh. He took a complicated order, and nailed everything. And an extra thanks to the other staff at the time who were keeping the place spotless.

They make wraps the RIGHT way! With both ends tucked in (not the way corporate instructs them) so the ingredients don't spill out when it's being grilled. Very happy & courteous service. We eat there often!

Come for lunch today, with my background of OHS infection control management, I was served with no smile on her face, she has gloves on which was good to see, only thing was a cross contamination was using the cash register with her gloves on, then with the same gloves prepared my food, handling meat etc, I think this is a big health risk with cross contamination to mentioned, all three girls were on their mobile phones taking selfies and pictures while customers are waiting at the front, again no washing or changing gloves between customers. I got and was quite sick Not again, this will be dealt with soon.

Undercooked bread, overcooked cookies, couldnt make a pizza sub they ran out of cheese and salamai, didn't stick around to see what else they did not have.
Why is the store open if you can't provide menu items?

Half an hour after the order was placed we were rung and told what we ordered was unavailable. Told we could swap the filling or do a refund for part of our order but couldn’t tell us how. When the order arrived we found out from our computer screen tracking as driver didn’t ring doorbell or knock so our food went cold. Paid for extras such as avocado but they didn’t even put it in our footlongs. Skimped on the fillings and meat was dry and tough. Ordered pack of 3 cookies and instead of subbing them and giving us a call and apologising they took our money and wrote a note on a paper bag “no cookies so sorry. ” How hard is it to give people what they order and be able to tell them how to get a refund. Can say I won’t order subway again. They just rob your time and money.

They’ve got absolutely no idea what they are doing. Stuff absolutely everywhere. Staff are rude. Food wasn’t that bad. But everything else was an absolute joke. Won’t be returning.

Took my daughter for a child meal and never had choice of cookies, out of childrens water and only apple juice available, which was not stocked and waited for them to go out back and get one. Not the cleanest of Subways with dirty front door and dirty floor.

Always a good fast meal but I have recently noticed that if having the food home delivered there is nearly always an ingredient missing! I usually get a salad and it may be the cheese, meat etc. Need to pay more attention to the order if not a standard item.

Attended at 7.30pm on Thursday the 23rd of December 2021. All I can say is the place was dirty and one staff member had her long plait hanging over her shoulder dangling in the sub she was making (for someone else). The service was extremely poor due to the
two girls discussing their private lives and repeatedly having to ask what it was we wanted due to being distracted. Also huge flies buzzing around the meat and salad section. The finished product was sub standard and only reason we didn't leave was because we were on our way to the airport

Just ordered a salad and wrap off Uber Eats. Paid extra for beetroot in both and that was missing, plus the cheese on both was missing. Tiny wrap with one measly piece of chicken in it. Salad came separately and we have to mix it up in a bowl ourselves. Waste of money! Can’t make any reviews on Uber Eats but thought I’d leave one here to say just simply avoid.

I've ordered my lunch today and received a wrong order via Menulog. Unfortunately I don't eat the food I've received because of my medical condition. I had to threw it away in the bin, so no lunch for me today.

Went to get dinner last night Thursday 05/08/2021 and there was 2 young girls on both were not wearing masks at all then she wrapped our food did not put the sticker on to hold the paper down and did not even put them in a bag good job love you try holding two 12 inch subs without the paper coming undone think they need more training was not impressed also tried ringing the store and number is disconnected up date your details.

I can't believe it! Today we found a hot contender for the worst Subway. We've seen some strong competition in our travels but these guys have gone the extra effort. Which is surprising because no effort was put into any aspect of today's dining experience.
From lack of service, communication, engagement, sloppy sandwich making and leaving half the ingredients on the bench. You got both orders so wrong despite our encouragement and support. In every stage and process there was failure.
We left with the sad parcel reeking of failure and depression clutched in our cold hands.
Side note, when crocodile tastes like chicken, how have these underachievers made the chicken schnitzel taste like an ancient mouldy crocodile?
